This quaint 1930’s classic Cape is located 2 streets from Sea Street Beach.and is equidistant from the Hyannis Yacht Club and Hyannisport area. It is ideal for 2-3 couples, a family of 4, or 4-6 singles and offers year-round amenities, AC & heat. The sunny living room features plush furniture and large flat screen TV above the fireplace. The comfortable couch opens to become a full sleeper. Slip into the overstuffed chair to finish your favorite book. The front bedroom has a set of bunks for youngsters and the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms have roomy closets. The full bathroom is bright with a pocket door for privacy. The fully-equipped kitchen has modern appliances & a dishwasher. A tile café table with 2 chairs brings a Parisian feel to the kitchen and complements the full dining set. The laundry room at the back mudroom entrance has a full-sized washer and dryer. The private deck is outfitted with dining/deck furniture, and gas grill.

Walk or drive 1/2 mile to Hyannis Center‘s unique shops, art galleries, casual/fine dining & entertainment. Restaurants offer family fare as well as elegant dining. After you explore Main Street and the Hyannis docks ('Spanky's' Clam Shack' and 'The Black Cat Tavern'' are our favorites), go off the beaten path to 'Inaho' in Yarmouth for great Sushi and Japanese food.     We accept payment via PayPal account or credit cards through PayPal. Checks in US dollars must be cashier or bank checks.

    50% rate deposit required to reserve a booking. A $400.00 security deposit is due upon reservation. Security refunds are sent upon inspection after departure within one week. The balance of the rate is due 1 month before arrival.

    Summer stays are Saturday to Saturday. Check-In at 4:00- PM. Check-Out at 10:00 AM

    There are no refunds for early departure.
  • Reservation Cancellations:
    All cancellations, regardless of when notification is given, will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
    Cancellations must be made at least one (1) month prior to the reservation date to avoid loss of the deposit/payment.
    If reservations are cancelled within one (1) month of arrival date, no refund will be forwarded.

    Off street parking for 2 vehicles is provided. There is no on-street parking allowed due to town ordinances to allow emergency vehicles to pass down the narrow lane.

    We believe in 'Reduce, Reuse and Recycle' and ask our guests to participate to keep the area pristine.
    Please be considerate of our year-round neighbors with regard to late night activities.

  • The full bath is impeccably clean and bright. The outdoor shower makes post-beach time easy with a quick shower to get the sand off and refresh yourself.

Notes: Reserving guests must be 21 or over. No smoking is allowed in or around the property. This property is located mid-Cape and convenient to east, west, north and south areas of Cape Cod. It is a great family spot with activities for every age group or interest. Birders come from all over the world. Couples and honeymooners will love the privacy afforded at this property. Getting away from it all, engaging in marine activities or exploring the historic areas of the Cape are all easily attainable here. Conference attendees will love the proximity to conference centers knowing they have a home to go to at the end of the day rather than a hotel room. The kitchen is well-equipped with small and large appliances, dishes, pots and pans, service ware and sundries (spices, etc.) for home cooking. There is a percolator for coffee lovers. Basic cleaning chemicals and paper goods are provided. The bedrooms, living and dining rooms are fully carpeted. Rubbish removal is provided.

We had a good time in this charming vacation home.
Elaine was very helpful and we recommend this place.
We enjoyed discovering Cape cod and come back to the cottage with our 2 young children.
Owner's Response: Thank you! It was great to host Stefan and his family. We hope to accommodate them again next season or sooner. We are open all year round for fall and holiday stays, conferences, and getaway weekends.
