Overall, the house was a pleasure in which to stay. It is spacious with almost all the comforts of home. The woodwork at the baseboard level could use some painting, but that was not a big deal for us. The remote garage door opener did not work which was a bit of an inconvenience, and the bed in the master bedroom left a little to be desired. But, we enjoyed our stay, and would rent it again should we decide to return to that area.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

We just returned from a one-week vacation spent at this lovely vacation house. Everything was as specified, and more! There were three bicycles, including one suitable for a child. The screened in pool area was great at keeping the pool.clean and the house was also very clean and well-maintained.

The owner is very well organized and responsive.He provided excellent directions and plenty of keys to the house.

The location of the house is great. A few minutes by car or bike and one can be at a gorgeous, sandy beach, the supermarket, Whole Foods, a playground, a department store or several restaurants, many of which do take-out.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities
