For those that love lake activities the property has 100+ ft of lake front (finger off Lake Austin). Our favorite pastime is a late afternoon surf with cocktails, watching the sunset on the lake and mingling with neighbors in the cove. Feel free to rent a boat or check out any of the Lake Austin restaurants such as Abel's or Hula Hut, or event Mozart's for a coffee, pastry, and early morning surf. Our property includes a private gated entrance with code-access only, and 3-car garage. Our home is perfect your Austin getaway!
The home was as lovely as shown in the pictures. The views from the backyard patio and pool are postcard quality. The home's interior finishes were gorgeous but still provided a relaxed and casual experience. The owner was responsive, professional and easy to work with. My family had a wonderful time and I'd highly recommend this property to my friends. Definitely a 5 star property!
Located 6 miles from downtown Austin, our property is tucked away in West Lake Hills with water-front access to Lake Austin. The back porch view from our hacienda-style estate overlooks the lush green hills from the infinity pool and recessed hot tub. With access to Lake Austin, paddle boards, and boat dock w/ ping pong table and sun deck on 2nd level, our property is perfect for lake activities. In a 10-minute drive you can access amenities such as Whole Foods Market, premier yoga studios and gyms, paddling boarding and kayaking, cycling, banks/ATMs, downtown restaurants and nightlife, and Austin's Lake Austin running trails. For the health conscious, we recommend Daily Juice, located on Bee Caves Road, for all your raw/vegan and fresh juice needs. Our favorite restaurant, Perla's, is located on South Congress Ave and is known for specialty cocktails, oysters, champagne, and the freshest seafood in town. The patio seating is perfect for dogs, and that's where we take our white lab, Betty, on Sunday afternoons! Pets are welcome:)
