Relax and enjoy all Galveston Island has to offer with your own private vacation home located in Sea Isle on Galveston's West End. Right across from Sea Isle’s private beach, you are also walking distance to the neighborhood swimming pool, tennis court, fishing pier, kids park, boat docks, marina, game room, bar and restaurant. The home is a great choice for families and friends with an open family room and kitchen along with four bedrooms, two bathrooms upstairs and a third down. Cook out on the grill downstairs or just kick back on the large front deck which offers beautiful views of the beach and breath taking sunsets!

Galveston features shopping in the historic Strand district and home tours, Texas Seaport Museum with the sailing vessel Elissa, totally unique Ocean Star Offshore Drilling Rig & Museum, splashing fun at Schlitterbahn Water park, historical Lone Star Flight Museum, the famous Moody Gardens, and don’t forget the new Pleasure Pier with rides, food, and fun!

We do not rent to prom groups, students or spring breakers. Responsible party on the Rental Agreement must be at least 25 years of age.

About Kimberly Closser

My family currently lives in Cypress, TX which is about an hour and a half from Galveston. We purchased a home for ourselves in Sea Isle in 2010 and have been in love with the town and neighborhood ever since! We love it so much, we decided this year to get a rental property so that we could share Galveston with others as well.

We picked this particular house not only because it is just around the corner from our own, but the high ceilings in the family room just won me over! I love the unique layout with the 4 bedrooms and all the open family space with the open kitchen and den. I also loved the large deck that looked out over the beach and water. I knew it was the perfect house the minute we walked in!

What makes this house unique

The front porch and large covered parking are is such a bonus in this house. We simply had to sit on the porch and celebrate once the paint was up and pictures hung! If I didn't have a place in Sea Isle already, I would simply have to block time out to enjoy this home myself!

The property was clean and well-maintained

Owner was very nice and helpful. I will recommend this property to my Family and Friends.

The only thing we dint like is that the property is too far from restaurants because the one around and I mean only one are not good, very poor customer service and the store there also. The people in the area are not friendly

at all. Sorry for that. Other than that ''Good'' Thank you

Wonderful Get-Away Weekend!!!

Beautiful home! Well maintained and cared for. Spacious with a beautiful view of the Gulf.

Highly recommend!!!

The best part is the view from the porch. It was wonderful to enjoy coffee in the morning or a drink at night with such a beautiful view. Very relaxing!!!

We can't wait to come back and will be telling all of our friends and family about this home!

Fantastic Getaway!! Highly Recommended!!

Our family came to Galveston for the weekend for my daughter's cheer competition. Since we are a family of six, we decided to stay in a house versus a hotel. GREAT decision! This house is so nice and ACCOMADATING! Large LIVING AREA and porch, Four bedrooms, sleeps 10! Bedrooms are large as well. I have two young sons and they were able to "spread out" all of their toys in the bedrom with plenty of room to play. Bath and Body soap, shampoo, FRESH white towels, shampoo in both bathrooms. I was even able to do a few loads of laundry prior to returning home! I cannot say enough positive things about this home.. we were able to cook, sit at the large table and enjoy some familly time! The homeowner even provides a blowdryer- basically all the accomadations you need! I had a few questions prior to the visit, and the homeowner was QUICK in her responses, and WONDERFUL to work with. I recommend this home to any family or group that loves the beach, a HUGE porch to hang on, and a great place to "call home" for the week or the weekend! Just minutes from all the new restaraunts and the AWESOME Pleasure Pier. Galveston is on top of our list for getaways- and we will be coming to stay at this beach view home again soon!!

This home worked perfect for our stay in Galveston. We had 5 adults and 2 children and had plenty of room. The home was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Great location near the beach and on the quiet side of the island. Thank you so much for sharing your home!

Great house!

We had a late Christmas celebration here and it accomodated our family of 10 just right. They even had a Christmas tree up and decorated, which was appreciated very much. Having all rooms on one level was good for our grandchildren (2-9 yrs old) and they loved sleeping in the 2 bunk beds and watching tv from bed. We enjoyed the beach decor throughout the house. We found all the dishes we needed to cook for the meals we had there. The house was clean and ready for us. The owners were very easy to work with and made our stay very comfortable. We would consider renting this again. One thing - the grill needs new grates.

Funny you mentioned the grill, as my husband and I are headed down to Galveston tommorow (Friday) and one of our action items is to purchase a new larger grill for the house. Thank you so much for pointing that out and we will take care of it immediately.

You guys were such wonderful tenants and are welcome back any time. You should come back in the summertime and enjoy the warm water in the gulf!
