We are located on a tree lined street, in the ' West Prescott Historic Area ' about 1 mile from the Courthouse Square.The Main home w/attached ' Studio Apt ' sits on about 1/2 acre of tall pine and oak trees,with a large paved driveway and a parking space for your car.This Studio Apt is ideal for one person, but will sleep two. See the amenities page about bringing along a pet. It has its own electric heating unit, a window a/c in the summer, and a separate water heater from the main home. You will enjoy your own garden /patio area.....with a charcoal & propane grill just outside your door. The Studio Apt has its own private entrance door, this ensures your total privacy. Its located on the south side of my single story owner/manager occupied home. I spent most of my time here in the summer months. A shared laundry room is available for your use.Cable TV, Phone ( free local and long distance calls) and a wireless broadband connection are provided.

We are in the perfect location to explore many of Prescott`s vibrant neighborhoods, ' West Prescott ' ...'Pine Crest '...' Park Avenue ' have become some of the most desirable area`s to live or stay in Prescott Arizona. Welcome to ' Mayberry USA '.

About Robert Intemann

I am retired forom the real estate profesion , but spend time managing my two home-away vacation rental listings. I spend most of my time in the winter @ my Scottsdale Home, and summers @ my Prescott Home, I injoy gardening, water sports,hiking, and riding my mountain bike. And of course taking my dog ' Bella ' out for her morning walk.

Its near the Town Square and inside the city limits with all city services......almost a half acre of tall pine trees.... make the home shaded in the summer months ,with very little need for air conditioning . It cools down to about 60 @ night.in the summer months.Its located on one of the most popular historic area`s in the downtown area.'West Prescott '

What makes this studio unique

The most affordable vacation rental unit available in the downtown Prescott area. No extra charges, for weekends and holidays. We have onsite parking for your car, and the studio is single story 1st level. This studio apt is attached to the back end of the main house garage/laundry room. It`s not a loft apt that has been built on top of the main house garage. All walls are insulated,and you have your own entrance door. The studio apt is not accessible from inside the main home. I have a check-in sheet inside for your review .I will be home on your check in day, but may not during your entire stay. I have an inside dog ' Bella ' she is about 45 pounds loves company , but will bark when persons come near to my front door.
