This is it! Enjoy Las Vegas High Roller Living! Villa de la Paz is close to everything: 15-25 minutes from The Strip, Convention Center, and McCarran International Airport. 20 minutes from Hoover Dam and just minutes from Lake Mead where you can enjoy kayaking, hiking and biking.

The property offers 3,200 sq. ft. of luxury living space in a gated golf community. Your villa has 3 luxurious bedrooms, plus a bonus loft with 2 full size beds (sleeps 10) and 2.5 bathrooms. The large gourmet kitchen with the oversized granite island is made for entertaining as it features an open living design allowing the chef to enjoy the 55' flat screen TV, and fireplace with all guests. The kitchen is equipped with cherry wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, microwave, gas range and oven, refrigerator w/ automatic water dispenser and ice maker, dishwasher, and pantry. The home is equipped with three water systems: whole house filtration, softener, and reverse osmosis. No need to ever purchase bottled water. All kitchen utensils: coffee maker, toaster, blender and baking wares are provided. The chic formal dining room is perfect for large sit down dinners. Villa de la Paz features a modern office with wireless printing.

This home is for the traveler seeking to enjoy Vegas while enjoying all the luxuries of home. Golfers will be in paradise with the course designed by renowned architect Ted Robinson. The course provides a perfect mix of variety, challenge and fun along with thousands of palm trees, 68 white sand bunkers and gently undulating Bermuda greens and fairways. Several kiddie parks will have the little ones smiling from ear to ear.

We provide, High Speed Wireless internet, wireless printing capacity (bring your laptops and Ipads) Five flat screen TVs with satellite service by Directv: 55' in Living Room, 55' in Master, '32 in 2nd and 3rd Guest bedrooms. Enter your villa with your own pass code.

Your master bedroom has its own sitting room, the master bath features an oval tub, dual sinks, huge shower and oversized walk-in closet. The 2nd and 3rd Guest bedrooms have Queen Size Beds and the loft has 2 full size beds. We also provide a beautiful crib with crib linen so you can travel worry free. This home is large enough for everyone to have their own privacy and different activities.

For long term rentals, we can arrange more frequent maid service for an additional fee. Inside the house you will find a binder which includes information on our favorite restaurants, and massage services.

We are business owners and travel all over the world. The latest being Singapore and China for 3 weeks. When travelling, we rent homes whenever possible since they are more comfortable than a hotel room and it's definitely more cost effective than booking several hotel rooms when we have employees with us. We have stayed at many lovely homes and we are now enjoying putting all the special touches we love into our home to share with you.

My experience in Villa Dupre during my trip was great. The house was very clean comfortable and in a perfect location. The location was perfect due to the fact that the airport was only 20 or so minutes away as well as the same amount of time to the strip and all of the casino's etc. Around the home itself was every thing you needed as far as stores, restaurants, gyms as well as other choices of entertainment outside of the smaller casino's in the community. This made things very convenient. From buying groceries to spending the day shopping or going to Lake Mead and enjoying the magnificient views.
The home itself was very nice. The appliances in the home made it very easy for you to do the things that you would need to do within the convenience of your own home. I loved the fact that you had many choices. You could have a great night staying in just as well as having a great night out on the town. The community was very well kept and maintained. I felt very safe while staying there because of the gated entrance to the neighborhood.
I would love to plan another trip to Vegas knowing that there is still so much to do when I return and I can only hope that the next place that I stay during that time is as beautiful and comfortable as Villa Dupre. Thank you for letting me stay in your home during my trip!
