Enjoy Five-Star Luxury at the Beach. 'BEACH BREEZE' is professionally decorated island-style, with Tommy Bahama inspired home furnishings--designed to provided the maximum comfort during your stay on the Isle of Palms. The beach is just steps away...but, if that's too far, just sip a cocktail and laze by your private heat-able (for a fee) pool.

You'll know you made the right choice when you step inside your vacation home. No attention to detail has been spared to provide for your ultimate comfort. You'll find plenty of room for up to 18 people--spacious living areas, complete with state-of-the-art TVs, cable, stereos, CD.DVD/VCR players, high speed internet service and more. The kitchen is completely stocked with top-of-the-line appliances, cooking utensils and dishes. The Master bedroom is spacious and features a huge and large bathroom.

We do not tolerate noisy or rowdy groups. The island has 24-hour noise ordinances and will fine up to $1,000 if they receive a complaint. You will also lose your damage deposit if a noise violation or warning occurs and risk immediate eviction. Please do not rent this home if you are not going to respect the noise ordinances.

Incredible accommodations!

The house was gorgeous with seven bedrooms and baths all immaculately clean! The beds were so comfortable and beautiful with hotel bedding. The kitchen had two dishwashers and a new state of the art refrigerator. We also had a refrigerator in the garage for our refreshments by our private pool. We had views of the beach from our rooftop decks! The house was very large and spacious wonderful for accommodating our large group. The accommodations manager was very pleasant and made booking our getaway weekend a breeze. We will certainly be back

Had the best Time!

We love, love, love this house and its location. My family and my extended family stayed here and we just had the best time. This house was beautifully decorated. There is a large kitchen, lots of beds and bathrooms in every room! That's a super plus when you travel with teenage girls! The house is very close to the beach and you can walk to all of the shops and restaurants. The house had an upper deck that is perfect for looking out over the island. You can sit up there forever! We were also a short drive to downtown Charleston. We will be back!

Beautiful home with large bedrooms, spacious baths and plenty of common areas. We cooked gourmet most of the week and the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of equipment. The house has an abundance of nice linens and very comfortable beds and pillows. The owner was very nice and accommodating and knew all the best restaurants in the area.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
