Casa Nina is located in the center of the village of Prkacni. High walls protect your privacy and within them all is subordinate to a comfortable stay. The luxuriously furnished house with two large bedrooms and a spacious living room guarantees you an excellent holiday. Hand-crafted furniture, carefully renovated details, pastel colored walls - you will fall in love with Nina in a second. In the courtyard of the villa is a covered terrace with barbecue and swimming pool and this will ensure a pleasant dining out in the fresh air. You can also use a sauna from which you can directly swim into the pool.

Notes

  • A security deposit of 300 EUR is required on arrival which is to be returned on departure if there are no damages to the property other than the ones from normal usage.

    The price includes: 7 night accommodation, final cleaning, garden maintenance, laundry (once per week linen and towels), pool maintenance (once per week proffesional service), water, electricity, tourist tax, broadband WiFi Internet.

    A 30% down payment is required on booking confirmation. The rest is due on arrival or before arrival.

Wonderful stay at Casa Nina

The reason we've booked our holiday in Casa Nina was its quiet location and cosy atmosphere. The property is well maintained, very clean and good equipped. I would only recommend to increase the number of sunlounges on the pool in order all 5 guests to have its own at disposal (we only had 3). Talking about the sun lounges it would be great if they could replace their matts, which looked a little bit worn.

Apart from that we very much enjoyed our stay in Casa Nina and are looking forward to come back next year.

I highly recommend this vacation house!
