This villa is located in the village Pifari, in a quiet area at the end of the village. It was built in the style of country houses with all the necessary comfort for a pleasant holiday. Four bedrooms with a bathroom, a spacious living room, large kitchen and a covered terrace guarantee the right place to enjoy your vacation. If you wish to dine with your family in the open air, the terrace with grill will allow you to freely enjoy the pool and the centuries-old olive trees. The spacious lawn gives you the opportunity to play and have fun, for refreshment jump into the pool.

Villa is equiped with WiFi, billiard, darts and table football. Yard is fully fenced with large well maintained lawn.

Notes

  • A security deposit of 300 EUR is required on arrival which is to be returned on departure if there are no damages to the property other than the ones from normal usage.

    The price includes: 7 night accommodation, final cleaning, garden maintenance, laundry (once per week linen and towels), pool maintenance (once per week proffesional service), water, electricity, tourist tax, broadband WiFi Internet.

    A 30% down payment is required on booking confirmation. The rest is due on arrival or before arrival.
