Spacious 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in a new building overlooking the harbor. The apartment comfortably sleeps 4 people and can accommodate 5 people. The apartment is located in one of the hottest parts of downtown Reykjavík. Literally minutes to numerous restaurants, bars, shops, and attractions. Views from the apartment are amazing overlooking the harbor and mountain range in the north. Free WiFi.

The apartment is fully furnished including washer and dryer.

Perfect location across from the old harbor, and the Icelandair Hotel Reykjavik Marina. Three minute walk to downtown, and a number of restaurants within view of the balcony. You can watch the whale watching boats coming and going from the balcony. There is a small grocery store a block up Aegisgata, and two large supermarkets about 500 meters away on Fiskislod. Even though the apartment is right downtown it is far enough away from the bar scene that you can enjoy a quiet night on weekends, which is impossible in some areas of downtown Reykjavik. Parking was not a problem, there is public parking on all the surrounding streets. There is a bus stop 100 meters down Tryggvagata, and the main bus stop at Laekjargata is about 500 meters away We enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen and the washer and dryer. We are booking this apartment again this summer.
