3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, sleeps 6-8

Our East side bungalow features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The interior was completely remodeled in 2011 with granite countertops, bamboo floors, and a fresh bright look to accentuate the natural light. This would be a perfect place for a family or corporate rental.

As you enter the front door, you can see the open dinning, kitchen, living room layout. The perfect spot to relax and enjoy conversation over a meal, or unwind after a busy day. We have a full kitchen with just about anything you'll need for cooking.

The 3 bedrooms are nestled off to the side. Our master bedroom features a queen bed, while the remaining bedrooms have a bunkbed (full size lower / twin size upper) and a child's bed (air mattress upon request).

Downtown Austin is a quick 5-10 minute drive, and about a 15 minute bike ride (bike lane begins at the end of our street). Formula 1 track is 13 miles away.

Our cute little bungalow is located just 2.5 miles east of downtown Austin. The eclectic 'East Side' has a great selection of local restaurants, bars, art galleries, and live music. We are just about 15 minutes from the Formula 1 track, and about 5 minutes from Austin's historic 6th street.
