Come relax in this newly renovated Phoenix VII 2br Beachfront Beauty! This unit has been upgraded to included new furniture, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and new cabinetry in the kitchen. There is a king bed in the master, two full sized beds in the Guest bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 8.

Phoenix VII is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.

There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix VII. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing. FREE EV charging stations!

FOR LARGE GROUPS WE DO HAVE ADDITIONAL UNITS AT PHOENIX VII

Parking: Underground parking spot G28 is free with your stay. If you need another pass it must be purchased at the front desk, they are a one time fee of $55 plus tax per vehicle. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was the worst vacation ever constant loud construction windows and doors replacements could not use patio because of dust and parts falling on deck could not even watch tv because of the loud noise this happened 4 straight days and have been offered $400.00 dollar compensation not enough>

Absolutely loved this condo, from location to everything ....restaurants...shopping. And the convenience of ground floor to access the pool and beach wondeful. Im spoiled!!!! Will definitely rent again.

Perfect Spot for A Non Beach Lover!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great! Location was nice, not in the middle of everything but still close enough. The covered parking with this unit was superb, very close to the entrance and NO elevators to take to the unit. You do lose the balcony view but for me who is a huge beach fan, didn’t bother me. From your bottom floor patio, you are just a few steps from the pool (couldn’t really people at the pool either with doors closed). The beach was an easy walk as well and was not packed, which was nice! We picked the perfect time right when school was starting for most which made for less traffic! The unit itself was big enough for me and my 3 daughters. It was clean with plenty of linens and all the things you’d need in the kitchen. No salt or pepper so remember to pack that! Only had a regular coffee pot, no KCup coffee pot. We had plenty of room. Looking forward to going back with my husband and kids again next year! Highly recommend this unit if you’re like me and don’t love the beach but want to make your family happy!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyable patio with grassy back yard and lovely palm trees. A gate near the pool, grills, pavilion & walkway to the beach. Underground parking spot was exceptionally convenient for unloading/loading, also nice to keep car out of the extreme weather. Unit was modern, clean and well equipped. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The entire property is well cared for.
