Awesome Venice beach home for a family getaway!

Our family spent about a week at this property and loved every minute of it! It is located so close tot the beach that we really didn't need a vehicle. We rode bikes to Santa Monica Pier and spent most of our time on the beach or watching movies in the comfort of this beautiful property. The modern design of the homes interior was very clean and cozy. The rooms were a great fit for us and our children. Would definitely recommend this place to our friends.

Well Done!

My daughter and I stayed in this home for 16 days on her most recent songwriting trip. We own what we think are two nice custom vacation rental homes in the North GA mountains, so we have expectations driven by our experience as vacation rental homeowners. This home and it's management exceeded them. A representative of management met us at the door upon arrive & showed us around, & anytime we called with a question, someone ALWAYS answered the phone. It's pretty easy to make a place look nice & inviting with photos to the inexperienced vacation home renter, it's another thing to deliver the experience & feel to go with the photos.

It's not just that its clean & new. It's pretty easy to be clean when your home is new. Its that someone really thought about the experience their guests were going to have when they stayed in the home, and they did the right thing. They did not cut corners with bath fixtures, lighting fixtures. appliances and furniture. It's all very nice, very functional, and very easy to use. There is nothing "cheap" in this home. The beds are WAY more comfortable than they look in the pictures. The @nd & 3rd bedroom mattresses are just as good of quality as the master. The washer & dryer is nicer than the one in our home. Every single thing we needed was there. Right down to the blender and iron and ironing board. (and guitar!...) There are chairs for the beach along with bikes for the entire family, with locks to secure them. Parking for two full size cars inside the walls makes your car safe in the city!

It's very secure. It's kind of like living in a compound. Six foot steel walls surround the entire perimeter with locking doors make you feel very safe. It's a raised three story building with the living space on the second and third levels, so the walls don't make you feel fenced in, just safe. If you have a pet, you know you are not going to lose the pet out an open door and into a city. There's a place to let your pet out with some grass in a manicured small yard with solar lighting. (although you should clean up after your pet like we did) Nice gas grill too. Nice balconies with tables and chairs to get some one & watch the street scene.

From a location standpoint it's hard to beat. A block off Venice Beach Boardwalk, a couple of blocks to the shops on Abbot Kinney & a 5 minute drive to the 3rd Street Prominade & Santa Monica Pier, just five minutes to get to I-10 and the Pacific Coast Highway.

Best Location and Amenities

With 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a third bedroom and bathroom this house has all you need plus it is only steps from Main St with all of the restaurants and shopping you will want. And to top it off only one block from the beach! The house is beautifully decorated and the private parking is another bonus. We have stayed in three other of the owner's properties and they are very helpful and accomodating. You cant go wrong with this or any of their properties.
