At the house:
We have 3BR,2BA,plus a loft equipped as a 4th bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and laundry facilities with washer and dryer.The house is completely furnished and equipped with linnens, all you need are your personals and food. It also has beds enough to sleep 8 comfortably. The master bedroom and the sleeper sofa in the living room are queen size. The beds in the other bedrooms and loft are doubles. We have satellite (DIRECTTV) TV, a VCR/DVD Player, a collection of VHS movie tapes/DVD's, a stereo with a variety of music CD's. There is also a working fireplace in the living room with a kindling box, however, you will need to purchase your firewood which is available nearby. The phone number is located on the refrigerator.
Property:
We are on 2 wooded acres at approx. 4,000'elevation. Heat is central LP gas and there are ceiling fans throughout, including one on the front porch. Air conditioning is not necessary at this elevation. Go over the stream and enjoy!
Summary of Rental Fees:
Our place rents for $475.00 (6nights/7days)(maximum 6 guest)(includes 75.00 cleaning fee)
(pet-Add $75.00 cleaning fee)
Less than 6 nights is $125.00 per night.
Longer periods are available on request.
Additional guests over 6 please add $20.00 per stay. plus an additional $15 cleaning (total cleaning for add'l guests to a MAXIMUM OF 8 guests is $90)
1/2 of the total rental will be required to reserve your dates. 3-weeks prior to your arrival final payment will be required. After receiving your final payment we will then mail you a detailed map with directions, a short letter to make your stay perfect, and, of course, the key.
Refund Policy:
If you should cancel, any fee's paid will not be refunded, however, the amount that has been paid will be applied to any future available rental dates.
