This condo is also located just 17 miles from Silverwood Theme Park and 30 miles from downtown Spokane.

Silver Mountain Ski Resort is 31 miles away and 48.3 miles from Schweitzer Ski Resort, some of the best skiing Idaho offers.

Really nice for the price. It was very clean and convenient - an easy walk around downtown. I'm not recommending this to families with children, however. It is on the second floor and the nice decor was actually a stressful thing for us. Mellow children would be fine, but ours aren't. The condo was great; it was our country children that created concerns for us.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Couldn't have been happier with this rental. The owner was extremely easy to work with and answered our questions promptly. The condo was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The space was perfect for our party of four adults. The kitchen had everything you needed and the condo was a perfect place to come back to after a long day. Would definitely come back!

I would highly recommend this rental. My family and I stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday and the condo was very clean, quite, and extremely comfortable. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms were spacious. This place was equipped with the comforts of home including modern appliances, comfortable furniture/beds, kitchen utensils, flat screen TV, etc. I would of taken advantage of the outdoor balcony if the weather was suitable. The location was within a couple blocks of the Cda’s main drag. We enjoyed walking to the coffee shop, restaurants, and shopping. Best of all the owners were extremely helpful and went out of there way. I usually do not write reviews but this place blew me and was a steal for the price. I will stay here again.

Park the car - perfect for a walking vacation!

Didn't move the car the entire time of our stay. Perfect location in the perfect town. Comfortable, new, well appointed condo - looked forward to coming "home" at the end of each day. Hope to return when we have more time.

LOVED IT!!!

My mom and I stayed at this condo for a friends wedding. We absolutely LOVED this place. It was so close to downtown, so it was easy to get to all the shopping. It was put together very well and had a modern, yet comfortable feel to it. I loved all the artwork! I have to say, I would live there if I could. I would highly recommend this place.
