 An architecturally designed home basking in all day sun and enjoying fantastic views of Lake Wanaka and the Southern Alps.

With 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets it is the perfect holiday home for a family.

The property is within easy walking distance of the Lake, shopping centre and the many bars, cafes and restaurants Wanaka has to offer.

If you are wanting to ski, Treble Cone, Cardrona and the Snowfarm are only 30 minute’s drive away. The Remarkables and Coronet Peak are 60 minutes away as is Queenstown Airport.

Please note there is a 2 bedroom fully self contained flat located below the house, it has a seperate intrance.  The flat can also be rented.

Wifi is available charges do apply.
