The home is in a blended commercial/residential neighborhood that sits in the back yard of the University of Nebraska Medical Center. It is within 4 miles of the airport, Century Link Center, TD Ameritrade Park, Pedestriam Bridge, Zoo, Childrens Museum, Orpheum Theater, and the old market. You can walk to the grocery store which is 4 blocks and there are several bars and restaurants within walking distance. It is also on a city bus line. The location of this home makes it perfect for your travel needs.
The home has the original hard wood floors through out!! The large living room has trac lighting, a 35 inch TV, cable, DVD, Wi-fi and sofa sleeper. The dinning room has a glass and rod iron dinning table that seats 6.
The large fully stocked kitchen has tile counter tops and floors, a dishwasher, glass cook top range, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, refrigerator and eating area.
An office area has cable, desk area with wi-fi, IPOD docking station, TV, atrium doors and a small deck and an air bed for a third sleeping area.
The 2 Large bedrooms with hard wood floors contain luxurious queen beds, cable TV, ceiling fans and large closets.
The one bath room is furnished with a tub equipped with a shower head, towels, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps.
The home has off street parking, and a picnic area with a gas grill.

We are a family owned and operated unit. We love to travel and have used VRBO for many of our travel accommodations. We are long time residents of Omaha. We personally live within blocks of this property and are available immediately for anything to make your stay more enjoyable. We hope to make your stay in Omaha home like and memorable.

In 2008 it became painfully obvious Omaha has very few furnished vacation rentals. Thus we decided to turn a select few of our long term rentals into vacation homes.
