Luxurious beachfront 2nd floor condominium overlooking the famous Ocean City, New Jersey boardwalk. You will not need to move your car. Everything is at your door. Beach, boardwalk, amusements, restaurants, skeeball, Johnsons Popcorn (you can smell it), Rita's Water Ice, all the other boardwalk shops.

You will awake to the view of the ocean and the sound of the waves. The 2nd floor deck overlooks the beach and boardwalk. Absolutely breathtaking!!!

We had a wonderful visit at this condo. It is nice and roomy and clean. You couldn't get a better location. You can park your car and then walk to everything you need. If you don't feel like getting your feet sandy, you can lounge on the private deck, watch the ocean and smell the yummy caramel popcorn from the store below. We will definitely be staying here again!

Absolutely Perfect!

We celebrated our anniversary weekend at this spacious and luxurious condo. It was beautiful, both inside and out. As perfect as the inside was, we can't say enough about the deck and the view. We knew we wanted an oceanfront location and this condo far exceeded our expectations. We were so sad when it was time to leave. This was our 18th anniversary and we've been to all different places trying to find the one that we want to return to year after year - and this year we finally found it!

Thanks so much to Donna and Jeff for letting us rent their amazing condo. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to visit again next year!

Perfect Location and well equiped

Been travelling to Ocean City for 25+ years and know the area very well. This condo is located in a great spot along the boardwalk (a wee quieter) then by the music pier. The outside area is well equipped with chaise loungers and a tall table top and other chairs. Can see the water from all angles. The condo is extremely well organized and well equipped. The kitchen had all one could need while on holiday. Great array of pots and pans and cooking utensils. The bedrooms are all a fantastic size and the whole condo had a great airy feeling. I would prefer no carpet in the living room as it has an ocean odour, but that is just my personal preference. The condo is very quiet and you have little to no traffic noise. Would gladly recommend and would personally stay here again.

Best place to stay in Ocean City

This has been our family rental spot the last 4 years and we will continue to rent it as long as they have it available for rent. The location is priceless. You overlook the beach, the boardwalk and are close to the best places to eat. It's also surprisingly quite when you are inside. You will not hear noise coming from the boardwalk. Bobs downstairs is our top choice for quick lunches and breakfast. Couldn't get more convenient than that. We have two children and if one of them is giving us a hard time at the beach we can come right upstairs to the condo, hang out on the deck and feel like we are still on the beach. I highly recommend this rental.

Late review - we actually stayed in May 2011 and enjoyed this condo so much. The deck is amazing - we spent so much time reading, napping and relaxing on the deck. Loved the location, having parking was great. The master suite was beautiful. Such a relaxing week - hoping to stay again in 2013!
