2 CAL King bedrooms and all bedrooms feature brand new furniture, carpet, linens, and new memory foam mattresses. Linens provided are all 100% cotton with allergy friendly down-alternative bedding, and all pillows feature allergy protective covers. There is also a full sized washer and dryer located in the downstairs hallway near the bedrooms. For your convenience laundry detergent, fabric softener and dryer sheets are provided.
FIRST BEDROOM – MASTER KING
A very spacious bedroom that features a large comfortable CAL KING sized bed (with memory foam mattress), French doors that open onto a wisteria-covered veranda, an attached full bath, gas potbelly stove for warmth, and a large walk-in closet. There is a wall mounted HD-TV with digital library access to a large library of movies and also Netflix.
SECOND KING BEDROOM
Tastefully decorated with another spacious CAL KING bed (with memory foam mattress), dresser and night stand. This is a hard to find second King bedroom also with a King mattress for the comfort of 2 families.
THIRD BEDROOM – KIDS BUNK ROOM
A fun kids bunk room with 2 sets of TWIN OVER FULL bunk beds with an additional TWIN trundle under each bunk (all with memory foam mattresses). This room also has a bookshelf full of kid’s books, a cozy rug, and a bean bag to read stories on at bedtime.
FOURTH BEDROOM / PLAYROOM
This room is the only upstairs bedroom. It serves as the kids’ playroom and has a QUEEN pull out sofa, also with a memory foam mattress. There is a wall-mounted HD-TV with digital library access to a large library of kid’s movies and TV shows along with Netflix. This room is right off of the main kitchen and living area so the kids can play in easy view of the adults.
KITCHEN AND LIVING AREA
This property comes outfitted with all the comforts of home including a full modern kitchen with granite slab counters, full sized refrigerator, full sized stove and double-oven, dishwasher, blender, food processor, toaster, coffee maker, popcorn machine, ice cream maker, and full place settings for 12. You will have everything you need to prepare amazing gourmet meals if you decide to dine in. There is a propane BBQ grill available during the non-winter months.
The living room has brand new carpet and furniture, and sits right off of the kitchen. There is a 60-inch wall mounted HD-TV with access to a large library of digital library movies, a DVD player, and Netflix. The river rock fireplace is run on gas, which is safer for kids running around inside. But the outdoor fire pit offers the opportunity to light some real firewood and roast marshmallows. There is a large comfortable sectional sofa as well as a chaise lounge and large bean bag for plenty of seating. There is also a game table in the back of the living area with puzzle, games and coloring materials to keep both kids and adults busy.
UPSTAIRS BATHROOM
This spacious bathroom sits on the main living level and features a tub/shower with an oversize shower head.
DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOM
This spacious bathroom sits on the lower level with all of the bedrooms. The main bathroom area is attached to the MASTER bedroom and features a stand-in shower with two shower heads and a sink vanity area. A door separates the toilet area, which has its own sink and opens to the hallway.

Our cabin is short 5 minute drive to downtown Idyllwild, with access to many restaurants and shops, as well as a brand new amazing playground structure at the town’s community center. It is an even shorter drive to the Idyllwild Nature Center, which offers an indoor interactive area for kids, many great hikes and picnic areas in the summer and great sledding in the winter. Humber Park is also nearby, which has hiking in the summer and great sledding in the winter (it tends to be about 15 degrees colder here so always bring some warm clothing!). The Idyllwild community is known for the arts. There is the annual Jazz in the Pines Festival the last weekend in August, as well as many other art and nature oriented events throughout the year.
Idyllwild is about an hour away from Palm Springs and Palm Desert, 1 hour from the Lake Perris State Recreation Area (swimming, boating, hunting, rock climbing, etc.), and 15 minutes to Lake Hemet.
