It's a natural, clean and versatile place in a seriously amazing location! Two Floors of Hardwoods and 3 FULL BATHROOMS! This house is newer, so has eco-conscious amenities of a newer household including drinkable water.

The layout of this home is phenomenal. You can expect clean colorful linens and plush towels and a Comfortable KING sized platform bed in the master bedroom (with lots of closets) en suite with private bathroom and tiled shower.

Twin beds (+ pull out) in the other large upper floor bedroom, with a bathroom (tub/shower) off the hallway.

And lastly, a Queen sized bed and desk in the bedroom on the main level, also next to a bathroom (tub/shower).

Kitchen facilities are set to cook a gourmet meal with pots, serve-ware, a microwave, dishwasher, gas stove and oven, tea kettle and coffee maker, of course. There is a bar counter with 3 modern bar stools and a dining room table which will accommodate 8+ chairs.

Your own private WASHER and DRYER on the main level.

There is a large front porch for hanging out, as well as a private and fully fenced backyard with a gas BBQ, deck and fruit trees/grass. Table and chairs as well seasonally.

We love children and well behaved pets. Please just let us know what you have and need. BICYCLES welcome and place to lock them. On street parking right out front. Parks for families, children, and pets nearby!

Bella '28 Up' purchased this townhome in 2007

This house is located in an amazing location. It has lots of great amenities with-in and also in the neighborhood. Walking distance to everything. Private washer/dryer. Its easily accessible to the airport, to food establishments, to drink Oregons great beer, wine and even home made fruit soda. The grocery store and pharmacy and many businesses are a few short walking blocks away. Super convenient neighborhood to access public transportation or highways to take you downtown or out to the coast or to the Gorge, Hood River, or Multnomah Falls for the day.

This is a private 2 level townhome/condo in a residential house setting. The ceilings are 8'-9' tall. You can walk around and take in Portland or you can sit around and watch the decorative flora grow. Its a newer building, with only 4 units, and it has all of the things that make a home comfortable: Cool, fun and modern furnishings, a washer/dryer, a few places to drink your coffee/tea, a nice place to relax indoors or out front on the front porch. Or you can hang out in the King bed and watch a rented DVD, stream Netflix, satellite Direct TV, Wi-Fi Internet or take a walk around the neighborhood.

Perfect home for our Portland getaway

This Alberta Arts District townhouse was a perfect "homebase" for our recent trip to Portland. The location allowed for easy access to downtown Portland and other Districts. The furnishings/decor were beautiful and helped contribute to the feeling that it was home for the weekend. The owner was quickly accessible via email/text - and all of our needs were met. We love good restaurants - and found there were too many to count in the Portland area. This trip was Le Pigeon, Veritable Quandary, Gruner, Stumptown Coffee Roasters, Podnah's Pit BBQ (actually for breakfast - which was amazing). All highly recommended! All in all, a wonderful trip -- and we would definitely want to return to this townhouse!

Family Happy Times!

Our large gathering for my niece's wedding made this stay a dream! 16 of us rented both sides; up and down. The houses are immaculate, well-decorated, and more importantly, each couple on the up side had their own bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked, the porch a great place to visit, and walking to and from the Alberta Arts District was a cinch! We all found something we liked about the area and the accommodations. Can't recommend it enough, especially if you have a large family!
Bella was great to work with and all in all, get thee to this house!

Look No Further!!

Four adults, utilizing all three bedrooms, stayed in this great Portland rental home with plenty of space and great access to nearby establishments. The house was clean, well-decorated and comfortable. Bella was helpful with all of our questions and I knew that she would have addressed any other concerns we had! We had a fabulous time at the house and will definitely consider renting this space again in the future. Even my mother who had some initial concerns after reading a slightly negative review mentioning the twin beds, was singing the praises of the house AND the twin beds!! Don't look for anything else, you have already found your vacation rental...stay there...you won't regret it! :) Thanks Bella!

Perfect Vacation House!

We chose this house for our first trip to Portland and enjoyed walking in the Alberta Arts neighborhood. The girls could walk to yoga class and nearby market. We were just a short drive from the Pearl District where we enjoyed shopping and lunch. The house was spacious and great for our family of six adults. Everyone enjoyed watching World Cup soccer on the great TV's!! The owner was very responsive and great to work with. Our security deposit was refunded one day after we left! Highly recommend this house for visitors to Portland.

Charming home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming home in Northwest Portland. The home is out of the downtown core but is within a 5 minute drive of the highways. And within walking distance are many great restaurants and a grocery store. The beds were very comfortable, there was plenty of hot water for the showers and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. We were always able to finding parking right in front of the property too - a nice treat. There was plenty of space for our 4 adults. I would choose to return to this charming and comfortable home.
