Welcome to 'Bella Vista' at Tropic Winds, the newest beachfront oasis located on the serene west end of Panama City Beach. This luxurious 3BR/3bath unit is located on the 5th floor, has keyless entry and boasts an expansive 400 sq ft balcony, (30 ft wide x 14 ft deep) one of the largest in the complex. Relax and watch dolphins swim in the shimmering emerald waters or view the breathtaking sunsets while you sip your favorite evening beverage listening to the sound of the waves.

Both master suites have King size pillow top mattresses, 26' flat screen TVs and ensuite private baths. The 3rd bedroom provides 2 full beds with 32' flat screen with DVD player and adjacent full bath. There is a queen size sleeper sofa for additional guests allowing this unit to sleep up to 10 people comfortably.

Relax in the spacious living area where you can enjoy your favorite movie on the 46' HD Flat screen TV complete with extended cable/ Blue Ray DVD/ and Ipod station. Additionaly, Free Wi-Fi and long distance phone is included.

When dining in, the gourmet granite kitchen is fully equipped with new housewares and cookware to whip up a meal in no time. The round dining table can seat 6 people with 3 more at the breakfast bar. In addition, there is a new front load washer and dryer in the separate laundry room.

**All guests who stay between March 3rd and October 31st will receive daily complimentary beach chair/umbrella service for two!**

The amenities at Tropic Winds include over 330 ft of beachfront property, indoor/outdoor pool (heated seasonally), huge whirlpool hot tub, sauna, steam room, and fitness center. Guests also receive a covered assigned parking space within the bulding. A designated parking deck is across the street for additional guest parking. All parking is free.

Location: Tropic Winds is located only 2 miles west of Pier Park, the newest and largest shopping/entertainment/dining venue in PCB. The 1/4 mile Pier is a must for fishing enthusiasts. Nearby Shell Island is a popular family destination for snorkeling and swimming with the dolphins! Greg Norman's Shark Tooth's golf course in only 5 minutes away and has been claimed to be one of the top 5 golf courses in Florida! So there is something for everyone in Panama City Beach!

At 'Bella Vista' in Tropic Winds, your 'beautiful view' of the pristine emerald water and sugar sand beaches will surely make your vacation a memorable one.

The Best Stay Ever

First, let me say, I felt at home in this unit and plan to return next year. the unit is beautifully decorated and modern. The pictures are dead on accurate and the unit is everything the photos represent. The WIFI , telephone and cable is nice to be able to keep in touch with business and friends; the kitchen is well equipped with quality cookware, dinnerware and even had a spice rack.

The keyless entry made not only check in a breeze but also allowed our many comings and goings to be simple and uncomplicated. Having the gulf right outside your door is fantastic. The balcony is enormous; two chase lounges and a full dining table for 6, with a gorgeous panoramic view of the ocean. Very elegant! We enjoyed the perfect view of the sunset every night over a glass of wine.

The location of this condo is not as crowded as the east end which makes it ideal for getting to Pier Park for shopping, a movie, or dining.
The owner is friendly and easy to contact. It is clear she is proud of this unit and wants her guest to have a good experience.

The reserved parking space and beach chairs were an added bonus.

I would highly recommend this unit.

Our new home away from home!

It is Exactly as described, new and contemporary decor, clean and fully stocked. The Martins have thought of everything that could make your trip perfect and convenient. The masterbedroom has sliding glass doors open to the balcony and we opened them every night to put us to sleep to the sounds of waves. Great balcony very spacious for everyone to sit out there and enjoy the view, watch the sun set, eat breakfast or dinner. We are looking forward to coming back to this condo in our future it is one of the best ones I have ever researched that was exactly what it promised to be. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your home away from home!

Best Vacation!

This condo was more than what we expected. It was beautiful and clean. It was wonderful to be able to wake up in the morning and walk out on the balcony to see the ocean. Tropic Winds was a great place. The parking garage is a little tight fit and I would recommand to make the pool heated for the cool nights. But the condo was perfect. Def. will be going back to stay again!

That we needed. The dolphins swam by every
Morning & just made our day. We didnt even turn on
The TV until our third day there. We spent most of
Our time on the balcony or on the beach. Our family had age groups
