Fantastic Experience - Perfect Beach-front Location!

My husband and two children (13, 16) stayed at Sunset Vistas while visiting my older son, who attends college locally. First of all, we LOVE Treasure Island, so it is here that we have decided to call our "home away from home!" The beaches are huge and immaculate and the sunsets are breathtaking. We enjoyed going to John's pass to shop and to stop for a quick bite and a cocktail. You have to stop at this great store that sells vintage and collectible items at John's Pass (can't recall the name, but, you'll find it). It's an easy walk from Sunset Vistas. We enjoyed parasailing and jet skiing. Love the local (friendly) Publix as it's nice to be able to buy groceries for a family on vacation without having to shop at over-priced stores that gouge tourists! Kids challenged themselves to a Shake Shack visit once per day during our stay and they met the challenge!
We have stayed at Sunset Vistas several times and have rented North, South and now West units. Each time we have gone through VRBO and felt we got a lot of value for the price. This unit was fantastic, however. Even though we are on a budget, my husband and I both agreed that renting THIS, beach front condo was a great decision and worth every penny! The location and view far exceed the others. Every morning, we sat on the deck and enjoyed our coffee after my morning run. Even when the weather didn't cooperate, we thoroughly enjoyed experiencing the rain and wind from our perfect perch! The units appear to be roughly the same size, but this one is well-appointed and a step above the others, in my opinion. Great pool with plenty of lounges. Oh yeah, very comfy couch!
The rental transaction was smooth and easy with great communication from Lisa.
We can't wait for another opportunity to visit TI!
