On the first floor, 15 steps to the pool, is this charming, newly completely renovated condo unit with large windows overlooking the million dollar yachts traveling the Intercoastal Waterway. A 2-3 minute walk will take you to sandy, lovely Fort Lauderdale Beach. A few minutes by car, or a 20 minute walk will take you to Los Olas Blvd., where there are shops, fine dining, antique stores, and all the amenities you could wish. A short walk up the street will take you to some fun bars, shops, & restaurants.

There is an outside patio overlooking the pool and waterway. Inside the floors are marble throughout. There is one king sized bedroom and one queen sized, each with its own private bathroom also with marble features. The kitchen is a dream to work in. Central A/C. WIFI.

Lovely private area, the condo is gated and extremely well maintained with flowering plants, palm trees, covered parking, and quiet neighbors.

Why stay in an elevated high rise rise when you can have the best view of the waterfront right from your living room and patio?

A private pad locked gate from the compound leads to the area's most exclusive neighborhood with multi million dollar homes - a great place to run, bike, walk or just sight see. No pets allowed. Minimum rental period is 2-3 months.

Wonderful stay at Harbor Club condo

My husband and I had a wonderful time spending a couple of months at this condo at the Harbor Club.
The condo itself is beautifully decorated and squeaky clean, with all the big and small amenities one would normally find in a home. But the best part is definitely the location on the intracoastal, within walking distance or short driving distance to everything. Although the condo-complex is in the center of Fort Lauderdale, it is very quiet and secluded, which is exactly what we were looking for.
The owners Ken and Ginger were extremely helpful and promptly responded to all our inquiries, both prior and during our stay. For instance, when the cable service was accidentally interrupted, the owners made sure that it was immediately reinstalled. The security deposit was returned immediately as well. Indeed, all our interactions with Ken and Ginger were very pleasant.
We were sorry to leave and would definitely love to return and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a quiet haven in the hub of Fort Lauderdale!
