When you want to relax after a long day of biking, hiking, touring, skiing, visiting friends or family, or any of the numerous reasons you'll stay in Fort Collins, consider staying in this very clean, convenient townhome! Just minutes from I-25, off of Harmony Road, close to shopping, restaurants and parks, and convenient for corporate stays.

This light and bright end-unit has two bedrooms, and a loft upstairs; with a king sized bed in the master, with it's own bathroom. You'll find a Queen bed in the smaller 2nd bedroom, a hall bathroom, and a desk and laundry units in the loft. There is an option to have an airbed set-up in the loft for an additional fee. WiFi is available in the unit. The kitchen has a smooth-top range/oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher and large refrigerator. You'll find comfortable furnishings throughout, including a large TV with DVD in the family room, and a farm table for dining in the nook (6 chairs). The front porch has a grill, and a beautiful view of the vista of the foothills and the nearby pond, park, school, and open space.

This Townhome is fully furnished, with linens, laundry facilities, kitchen and dining items, and ready for vacationing and business travelers, or locals in transition while waiting for their permanent housing. There is a two car attached garage accessed from the alley behind the unit. For more than 4 guests, there is an extra person fee for up to 6 guests. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. No pets, please. And please, no smoking. Please inquire with any questions, or about longer term stays.

This homeowner thought of everything to make their guests feel right at home. Great place....plenty of room. Extremely clean with new appliances, kitchenware, towels, etc. Nice for a family of four....easy acccess to major areas and freeway. Owner greated us upon arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. Would stay here again without question. One of the best VRBO experiences we ever had.

Our stay at this condo was like being home. It is everything they say it is, and then some because of the hospitality of it's owners and their availability to help make your stay so enjoyable. It was very clean, beautifully decorated with a kitchen stocked with all I needed to prepare meals. My husband and I hope to return and would recommend this lovely place to anyone.

Great place to stay. Rated in order of my preference for a vacation home:
Immaculate - It is incredibly clean and well cared for
Convenient - It is really easy to get to off the main drag - no heavy traffic on
street, and close to shopping, restaurants and a nice little park across the street
Garage - It has one
Owners - Kind and hospitable; they treated me and my family as guests. Also,
sent me a text after I left to let me know a phone cord was found and then
returned it to me.
I will stay there again.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay in this lovely townhome. It is nearly brand new, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, quiet, and filled with thoughtful touches by the owners such as plenty of condiments in the kitchen, large table in the dining area, desk with pen and paper, and soaps, lotions, and shampoo in the bathrooms. The owners, Beth and Jim, were very easy to work with. Jim is also a real estate agent who gave us some very valuable help in looking at homes for sale in the area. We highly recommend this lovely townhome and its owners.
