Ocean view condo just 100 feet from the beach! Right of way to the beach directly in front of the condo.

Located at the center of Long Sands Beach where there is the most sand for your blanket and umbrella.

Bright and airy condo with the salt air breeze coming in through 14 windows which surround the family room.

Condo has two views of the beach and the ocean beyond.

New all granite kitchen with custom maple cabinets and stainless appliances.

 Three Bedrooms/one bath, one bedroom with twin beds, one bedroom with a double bed and slider to the rear deck. The Master Bedroom has queen bed and sliders to the second floor deck with views to the beach and ocean.

Rear deck with a country view and a gas grill has access from the back door or third Bedroom

Limited parking for 2 cars.

Our condo is located via a right of way about 100 feet from a family friendly one mile long sandy beach. You can enjoy all the usual beach activities such as sun bathing, swimming, body surfing, paddle boarding, surfing, fishing, boating etc. The town of York Beach offers quaint shops and restaurants featured by the timeless landmark, the Goldenrod and their famous salt water taffy. The Nubble Lighthouse located at the tip of Cape Neddick with its adjacent park is always a popular site to view the rocky cliffs, the ocean and views up and down the coast. For the shopper the outlet mall is a short drive down Route 1 in Kittery Maine. There are multiple golf courses within 5 to 10 miles. For the kids there is the local amusement park and zoo, York's Wild Kingdom. Plenty for all the family to enjoy.

This was a wonderful condo with everything a family might need for a comfortable stay. It's proximity to the beach was great. Although we came without the kids, I can only imagine that they would have had a great time. If all goes well, we will be back again.
