The Studio is on Perry St, NO BETTER LOCATION than that!!

Studio is located just steps to all of the restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and attractions of the West Village as well as walking distance to many Subways and buses.

The studio is on the first floor, only four steps up, private entry.

The Studio has one queen bed very comfortable and two twin beds, that easy convert into armchairs.

There is an electric fireplace/heater and Air conditioner.

Kitchen is equipped with refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven,microwave oven, blender, toaster, tea pot and coffee maker.There is Ihome Iphone/Ipod speaker/charger.

There are three windows. There is TV with HDMI Cable connection for your computer.

There is a great working area with big desk and armchair.

Fast Cable Internet and WiFi

You will be provided with 4 clean towels and a set of linens for each bed.

Great Location!

First let me describe the studio, which was incredibly romantic and cute. I was able to work very comfortably at the desk, and the bed was great.

The location was also fantastic. Short 5 minute walk to soho and lower east side, and you're right next to some awesome restaurants. Bleecker St. is great walking shopping area, can't miss a great deal. Subway is only 3 minutes away Christopher St.

The owner was real nice and super helpful with everything.

Great Romantic Getaway.

Studio was extremely clean, and perfect for a couple. We slept easily very comfortable bed, and had blankets, pillows, and linens. Right in the heart of Vest Village. The Studio is chick and everything was clean including the bathroom. There are some great restaurants nearby, and a CVS around the corner. I would highly recommend this place, and would definitely stay again.

Owner got back to me quickly, and answered all of our questions.
