The Encantada resort is a gated community in the heart of Orlando’s most loved attractions - just 3 miles from Disney World and a short drive to Universal Studios and Sea World! Many spectacular and scenic Golf Courses are located nearby.

The resort is close to many shopping options and Outlet Malls including a Super Target a Wal-mart Supercenter, grocery stores, and many restaurants. Guests have full use of the clubhouse facilities which includes 2 large pools, 2 spa pools (heated to hot tub temperatures), outdoor playground, fitness center, games room, internet café, restaurant, and catch-and-release fishing. For your added convenience this townhouse provides guests with free local calling, and unlimited long distance calling within the 50 United States, and to Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Canada, and Europe. Private high speed internet access is available free of charge in the unit and at the Clubhouse. A large, flat-screen TV and dvd player are also provided in the living room.

This townhome offers a fully screened-in pool overlooking the lake for a beautiful view of the lake with palm trees and lots of privacy. Each of the 3 spacious bedrooms have their own flat-screen tv. Disney with the family!

This was our first time in Florida. We went on our Spring Break with our 3 children and were so glad we stayed in this townhome instead of a hotel. The children had fun at the Clubhouse on days when we weren't at a theme park. Having our own pool was great, and we made use of the amenities in the home by eating in a lot. We were about a 15 minute drive to the theme parks (very close). We had reservations booking on vrbo.com for the first time, but the townhome was very clean, and there were no surprises - everything was as-described in the photos and the ad. We had a lot of questions because it was our first time at Encantada Resort, and Gary was very helpful and prompt to reply to our emails. Thanks - we had a great vacation and would recommend this place! The Lopez family

A perfect place to stay in Orlando

What a great place! Lots of room for a family with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and spacious dining room. Also, very close (less than 15 minutes by car) to Disney World and only 25 minutes from Universal Studios. Easy routes to navigate. Plus there are great amenities nearby such as restaurants, Publix for groceries, and Target for everything else. Nice and private and quiet with a great resort complex for swimming and relaxing. Would happily stay again!

The resort was spacious and very clean. We enjoyed the view of the lake. Our kids were 8 to 18. The adults were 30 to 51. There was something for everyone to do. The family played games in the clubhouse and also at our residence. The malls, Publix, Walmart, Walgreen, and Target were near. The theme parks were conveniently located. The owner of the property provided excellent customer service before and after our trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this property.

The condo was clean, spotless actually, and very well-maintained. Everything was exactly as it was described, as far as amenities and layout. The rest of the resort was also beautifully maintained. The condo was the perfect location, as it was a short drive to any attractions (Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios, etc), and still secluded and quiet. It was also very convenient for shopping, with a SuperTarget, Publix and several gift shops only minutes away. The owner (and the management people when we were there) were always available to answer questions, and very helpful. We had a great time when we stayed there. Not only would we stay there again, but have recommended it to several friends who have been planning similiar trips.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

I first came to Orlando on a business trip and didnt want the standard hotel cramped room setting and opted to stay here. What a great choice, the resort is gated, I felt secure and it was close to my conference.

I enjoyed this property so much that I decided to come back with my family. The kids absolutely loved the private pool of course Everything is in top notch condition, just like the photos, and unlike so many other places that look nice online but are a disappointment when you arrive, very well kept.

I would recommend to anyone considering either a business or personal get away, so relaxing, secure and comfortable.
