Notes: Davenport is located just off US27 at the west end of Highway 192 which houses many shops, supermarkets, petrol stations and over 250 restaurants catering for every taste and pocket. There is a Public supermarket within 5 minutes drive. in addition to the theme parks the area has an amazing variety of activities; golf, fishing, jet ski, bungee jumping, go cart, horse riding, air boats and many more all within easy reach of your vacation home. Orlando International airport is an easy 30 minute drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa about 75 minutes. The Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa beach can be reached in about an hour.

What a great deal!!!!

The house is updated more than what the pictures show, I loved the master bedroom suite. The only complain I would have is the internet wasn't very great at all, especially in the mornings. But we would not hesitate to stay here again.Close to disney, and neighborhood seemed very safe, no problem at all. The pool was a little cooler than we would liked, but we had some chilly days and since the pool is solar heated that would be expected. We called them after hours, and they were so nice to help us solve the issues. Over all a great deal and a great vacation home!!!!!!!!!!!
