Easy walk or bike ride to beaches, wide selection of restaurants with plenty of local seafood, shopping centers, theatre, and entertainment for all ages. Fishing,boating,parasailing,volleyball on beach, tiki huts, exotic drinks, golf, tennis, ruins. DSL. Non-smoking please.

This townhouse is very centrally located on the island. It is behind private security gates, but literally within very easy walk or bike ride everything. There are miles and miles of beautiful bike paths through out the Plantations and the whole island. You really never have to get in your car if you do not want to do so.

What makes this townhome unique

From the balcony off the Master bedroom and from the patios off living room and lower level, you will see alligators, Snowy Egrets, turtles (one named Cyclops who eats out of your hand), a miriad of birds including 2 resident owls (Tom and Jerry) all while sitting under the shade of magnificent magnolias and live oak trees. Truly healing for the soul...

What a great place to spend your vacation. Stayed here for 6 nights/7 days with my sister, her husband and my two young boys. Everything that you see in the pictures are there... all of your amenities. It was like a home away from home. 5 people in one condo and we never felt like we were stepping over each other. The bedroom upstairs is private and the 2 bedrooms downstairs are perfect for the entire family. Sat outside on the back patio every morning for coffee. If you love to exercise this is the perfect plantation. Tennis courts, golf, bike and walking paths are all right here. If that's not your thing, the beach is within walking distance and it's a gorgeous beach. I would highly recommend this location for your next vacation, whether it's the entire family or even a girls getaway. Trust me, I'll be returning to the same place next summer.
