Very accommodating when bad weather threatened our arrival, owner offered early check in for our safety. The home was perfect for our large group. Enjoyed pool table and hot tub, 8 nice sized bedrooms and clean. The caretaker of the property came by to personally see that we had everything we needed. Professional from start to finish... No hassles. Plan on booking again next winter.

Reunion

We stayed during the fourth of July weekend and it was a perfect location for our multi family reunion with many small children. The community had a lake with life guarded swimming, a medium sized playground, a community clubhouse and pool (with baby pool). They were all used by our party every day. So close that 3 year olds could walk there. We also used the boat one morning for a fun lake tour. We took a summertime kid friendly day a trip to the nearby town of Jim Thorpe which included a scenic ride on their open air train. We also hiked at Hickory Ridge state park and had a picnic lunch. The house had plenty of bedrooms for our party. The place was adequately cleaned and maintained - very true to the pictures. The owner was responsive to my inquiries and even allowed a last minute early check in. Would recommend this property and would consider returning for possible wintertime fun.
