Cottage, 4 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 10-16)

Beautiful four bedroom two bath vacation home on 640 acre all sports Duck Lake. The home sits on a hill with western exposure and gorgeous sunsets. Two wood burning fireplaces. There is even a putting green for you enjoyment. Sandy lake bottom and some of the clearest water you will ever see. Private road with very little traffic. There is even a golf cart for those trips to the general store for ice cream and vacation goodies. The home has been recently remodeled to very high standards. Granite countertops in the kitchen with a gas stove, built in microwave and a refrigerator with Ice maker. Must see four seasons room overlooking the lake. Upstairs bedroom wing with knotty pine paneling for that Up North feel. Two Weber grills for your grilling enjoyment.
About Contact owner

We are longtime Michigan residents with two adult daughters. We have recently purchased a home in Florida and will be spending more time there. We couldn't bear to see the 'Duck' sit vacant. We are looking forward to sharing our little piece of 'Pure Michigan'.

We purchased this property in 2002 to fulfill a dream of owning lakefront property. The fact that it is located less than 30 minutes from our primary residence was a big factor.

What makes this cottage unique

Boating, fishing, sailing, jet skiing, kayaking, canoeing, marshmallow roasting, putting contests, golf within walking distance. You won't run out of things to do.

Fantastic location, great amenities, great value and responsible owner

This was our first time with a rental and we were apprehensive... however the owner answered our questions diligently and patiently. The property including its amenities were as described. The location; the property; and its lake views exceed the beauty shown in this posting's pictures. The rooms are well maintained and each room is of medium to large size. The views of the lake are fantastic and this is a great place for nature walks and boating. We simply had a marvelous time and were happy that the owner was so gracious throughout the rental process.

Great Vacation Spot!

We had a group of 12 guys for a long weekend of golfing and relaxing. Great property, David was great, lake was warm and clean, house was open and also very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again, great golf nearby also, less than 30 minutes to 4 different courses.
