Cable TV (channels noble - NET) and free wifi internet, air-conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, two stove burners, coffee maker, sandwich maker, kitchen utensils, bed and a sofa bed. Caution exclusively by the owners. 24h Porter, building monitored by CCTV surveillance cameras, ideal for 2 or 3 people. For 4 people only on holidays, New Year and Carnival.

Situated in an excellent point of Copacabana, at Rua Barata Ribeiro, corner of Green Arch underground station, 2 blocks from the beach. Around has all trade, including supermarkets, department stores, grocery, pharmacy, boutiques, laundries, hairdressers, bakeries, restaurants and a la carte pound, banks, cyber-cafe, even with some 24 outlets, plenty of leisure and entertainment .... without the need to own driving. It has several bus lines in the door allow easy access to any neighborhood of Rio de Janeiro. If you have car, there are several rental garages to park it.

One of the best Locations and Cozy Apartments

My stay here in this Apartment was excellent, abslutely no complaints. Marcos meet me upon my arrival at the Apartment, was very courteous and helpful with all my questions, made sure i felt comfortable as if i was staying at my very own apartment. Thank you. They handle every aspect of my stay very professional, going the extra length to insure i had a comfortable stay. The apartment was very clean and quiet couldnt ask for more. I would recommend staying here to anyone at any time. It was perfect.

Perfect Holiday Getaway

From the moment I made my first inquiry about the availability of this apartment I knew this was the place I wanted to stay. Bruno and Marcos responded to every question immediately and thoroughly. They were very accommodating with respect to my arrival and even helped the find the best exchange rates in the area.

The apartment is a small oasis in the middle of a large apartment building that is very well located. It’s a quick walk to the beach, near the subway station and close to many restaurants. The studio is exactly as it appears in the photo: white, clean and comfortable. The air conditioner works well to keep a comfortable temperature. You get a real sense of what it would be like to live in a Rio apartment building as a local person because there is a lot of activity in the building. Yet, the studio is very quiet inside. While it is not a hotel, there was always someone at the front entrance to let us in regardless of how late we arrived.

As nice as the studio is, the best part is how much Marcos and Bruno care about the guest experience before, during and even after the stay is complete. Despite the fact that I was there during a holiday, they provided any assistance I needed promptly. I would definitely stay there again.

Awesome place

This place is really good and is exactly like what it shows in the pic. No fake things.
We had a very comfortable stay there without any problem. Beach is just at 5 mins walking distance and other shops like grocery, dominos, burger place etc are just downstairs.
The owners of this place Bruno and Marcos are really helpful people. They personally take care of the things. We go a step ahead to make you feel comfortable and treat you as your personal guests.
If you are going to Rio, this is the place to stay for 2-3 people.

Ya one thing I would like to mention that the whole society where this apartment is may look little weird for the first time as there is no proper reception there. So whenever you reach there, just go to the apartment directly where these guys would be waiting for you. We tried to enquire on the ground floor but as its not a hotel, people would not be aware and it would not help.
But again, very nice cozy room with all the facilities you can think of with very nice owners.

It is really good that you mentioned about the building and about the ground floor, because as you said, that is a big building that is not a hotel. Many guests make some confuse of that. Our guests are renting an apartment not a hotel room, so the people on the ground floor is not suppose to help then, so it is really good that you mentioned that.

we will always be waiting our guest arrive at the time they schedule, but as any big city, many times there is a lot of traffic and airport delays, so we cant be waiting on the street for so long, so we always be waiting our guests in the apartment
