Casita Amelia has a sunny, welcome-to-santa-fe attitude! It just shows off its happy nature the moment you walk through the door! Our Casita is superbly handcrafted, sleeps six comfortably and it is CLEAN!!!!! You will be 6 blocks from the picturesque Santa Fe Plaza...a short jaunt to the Railyard and Farmer's Market...a few blocks to some of our cities favorite restaurants, and, yet you can still rest your head each night in a neighborhood that is friendly and peaceful.

There are two bedrooms and a balcony upstairs that sleep four. The sofa sleeper downstairs will sleep an additional two adults.Towel's, sheets, fully equipped kitchen with coffeemaker, microwave, stove, & frig, will take care of your culinary needs. There are so many wonderful things to do in Santa Fe that you will appreciate having this jewel of a 'home base' to regroup in each day. Now get on with living, and reserve your spot!

Our stay couldnt have been any better. The location is perfect for skiing, dining, shopping,and just enjoying Santa Fe. The property was very clean and in a charming neighborhood. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Comfort, Charm and Relaxation

Upon my arrival at Casita Amelia, I was pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful and quiet place to rest my head. Situated in a lovely yet refined complex near the Plaza, Casita Amelia exceeded any expectations I had. I was in Santa Fe for a little over two weeks this month teaching a training course on an intensive schedule- I wanted a place with a kitchen and a little breathing room to relax between meetings. I came to Santa fe for business but things quickly changed from just business to pleasure with this lovely home. The Owner was very responsive and the cost could not be beat ! This may all sound a bit too good to be true, but this was my experience. I highly recommend this home as it is truly a home away from home !

casita amelia in the snow

Our Winter retreat at La Casita Amelia was wonderful. Our party of six found everything clean, welcoming and comfortable. it has become our go-to destination in Santa Fe. We're always welcomed with a Bon Jour at Clafoutis French bakery only walking distance away and everything from the De Vargas Center to the plaza are close by. It snowed three inches the second night of our stay, but the garage kept the car clean and the snow removal service had the drive clean by the time we returned from breakfast. Lovely place with many nice features and very friendly owners make it special.

Perfect Place to Stay in Santa Fe!

I will start off by saying our stay was perfect. The Casita was extremely clean and comfortable. The amenities were great and had everything you would need to make you feel at home. It is located in a great part of town and within walking distance to all of the hot spots. We were able to walk to the Plaza, Farmers Market, and many restaurants! Not to mention the property owners are the nicest people you will ever meet and made our stay that much better! I will recommend the Casita to all of my friends and family!!

As an experienced Home Away customer, I can highly recocmmend La Casita Amelia. The quiet, well maintained cul-de-sac provides the perfect environment for a restful stay and quick walk to the plaza. The casita has a wonderful private courtyard, a fully functional kitchen and was spotless. Parking is always difficult in Santa Fe, but the garage in the casita was a definite bonus. Detailed instructions for finding the casita were accurate and throughout the home there are tips and instructions for operating everything. Place this on your list of places to stay!
