Located in the peaceful village of Springs in East Hampton, this lovely Saltbox Contemporary is the perfect place to get away. It has a beautiful patio with Italian stones for entertaining as well as wrought iron chaise lounge chairs and umbrella with an accompanying teak wood patio table and chairs for sunning and relaxing. Meticulous landscaping includes Japanese maple trees, an irrigation system as well as a fully fenced in yard surrounded with pine trees and bushes for privacy. The house is two stories and was built in 2005 with 1277 square feet.

This house is located in a very quiet neighborhood in Springs. It is approximately 1/2 mile from 3 Mile Harbor which leads to beautiful bay beaches such as Maidstone Beach, Sammy's Beach and Gerard Drive. Many ocean beaches are also within a short distance including the famous Main Beach, Indian Wells Beach, Atlantic Avenue as well as Georgica Beach. East Hampton has many amazing restaurants with the finest cuisine (The Palm Restaurant), as well as great bars (Stephen's Talkhouse) and nightclubs.
