In the heart of South Beach, in a magnificent Art Deco building called the Hudson, you will find a luxurious oasis of tranquility, nested between a private patio garden and a refreshing pool - both rarities in a period building.

Our 'DI Lido' suite features a private exterior garden where you can enjoy all of your meals or cocktails. It also has a large bedroom with a KING size bed with a memory foam mattress, a full size fold-down sleeper sofa plus a single sleeper ottoman - both in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 appliances and the apartment has 2 marble bathrooms (one with a tub), Wifi, 2 x TV's, BOSE iPod music player and hardwood floors throughout.

We're only steps from Espanola Way, Lincoln Rd, Ocean Drive - only 2 short blocks to the beach and 3 to the Convention Center.

Located on 15th Street just west of Washington Avenue... you won't find a better spot in South Beach!

  • This one bedroom, two bathrooms condo features Brazilian cherry hardwood floors, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a black granite breakfast bar. From the main living space, you can easily access the luxurious exclusive-use garden patio. The bedroom is furnished with a KING-size Memory Foam bed for extraordinary comfort. We can accommodate up to 4 persons, preferably 3 adults + 1 youngsters. Single fold-down sofa is located in the living room & a loose 6-inch single XL Memory Foam mattress (to be placed on the floor) is stored in the bedroom. Electronics: Wireless high-speed Internet, 2 televisions (1 LCD with CD-DVD player), iPod & MP3 BOSE sound dock.

Great condo, near everything in SouthBeach

We really loved this apartment. It's nicely decorated and fully equipped, very quiet and beds are very comfortable.

It also has it's own private garden where we took most of our meals. We use take away but the kitchen is very well eauilled for cooking too.
The building has a swimming pool. Location is great, we were near to everything (the beach is just 2 blocks away), you don't need a car. Access from the airport was easy as the airport bus arrives just 1 block away.

We spent the first night in a studio on the 1st floor owned by the same owner which was very nice also. All the reservation process was easy. We definitely recommend this condo!

It's really an excellent condo, very well decorated and probably the only one in the area with private garden and pool. Location in unbeatable only 2 blocks from the ocean, from Lincoln Rd etc.

We were a family of 4 (2 parents and 2 teenagers) and we had plenty of room for everyone. There are 2 bathrooms which is very convenient.
The rate was reasonable, reservation process very smooth (security deposit refunded in 2 days).
The only difficulty was that there is no private parking; we had to go to the public garage on 16th street.
We will definitely comme back and highly recommend it!
