Going forward: 50% of the total due is required sixty (60) days prior to arrival and the remaining balance due thirty (30) days prior to check-in.
Fees And Taxes All rates are based on 6 guests (+$20 additional charge per guest per night above 6 not to exceed 8 and not more than 7 days).

Lovely house, unusually even better than the description. House was very clean as-well as fully equipped with all you could possibly need.

Perfect location for the Strip & Downtown Las Vegas (About 10-15 minutes by car).

Quiet friendly community, however there’s far more to do than just the casino’s. Plenty of close shopping, Grand Canyon is four hours by car, nevertheless well worth the trip. Closer Red Rock Canyon, Lake Mead, Shopping outlets all within sixty minute.
