Condo, 1 Bedroom + Loft, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2-6)

Come enjoy our second home in Sun Valley. This one bedroom plus loft condo has been everything my family and you will need for a great vacation whatever the season. It has been recently remodeled and is beautifully furnished. This is an end unit in a small complex which allows for ample windows and lighting giving this cozy getaway a spacious feel. The main living area has a wood burning fireplace and a flat screen LCD TV. Because it's an end unit it has a large wrap around deck that is perfect for outdoor gatherings and barbeques on the gas grill. It is conveniently located off Warm Springs road just steps from the bus stop and bike path. With this amount of access a rental car is optional.

The upstairs bedroom is a partially walled in loft that affords an open airy feel with plenty of privacy. There is a very comfortable queen sized bed with memory foam pad. A sliding glass door gives access to an upstairs deck and mountain views. If you have little ones, a bunk bed is in the corner of this room made with toddler sized beds.

An additional sleeping alternative is a queen sized sofa sleeper in the main living space. Don't worry, this is a very comfortable lazyboy inflatable air mattress with memory foam pad. The best part is that this is next to the fireplace and allows you to watch a late night movie at the same time.

For even more sleeping space there is another loft equipped with a full sized futon. This is accessed from a ladder in the kitchen and not recommended for the little ones.

All necessary appliances are updated and available including a dishwasher and full size washer/dryer. There are two refrigerators; a small bar frig in the kitchen and another larger one in the hall closet. With these amenities and all the kitchen items you will need, feel free to make a big trip the grocery store and save money eating in.

This is a very nice place that my family of four has enjoyed for several years and I am sure you will as well. Feel free to contact us with any further questions and have fun in SV wherever you stay.

My family of four, including 2 little girls are outdoor fanatics and Sun Valley has it all. Baldy and Dollar Mountain has something for everyone.

Why Owner/Manager chose Ketchum

We spend our recreation time in Sun Valley every possible weekend we can get away winter or summer. My family has enjoyed this condo for several years due to the short two and half hour drive from our home.

What makes this condo unique

The location has been perfect for us. Mountain views from the large deck and the bus stop right out front. No need for a car with easy access to Warm Springs lifts and Town.

Location, location, location! A very well situated property that matched accurately the description. Located in a quiet dead-end residential hamlet, this quaint and unique condo was the perfect getaway for us looking to just ...tune out for a while. Clean, modern and practical with a touch of Family Life in both the Decor and functionality. Sun Valley/Ketchum, what a place, what a hidden gem! Thanks to the owners

Excellent Condo

My husband and I spend 9 wonderful nights in this lovely condo. It is well maintained and is not lacking in comfort or style. The attention to detail is impressive. Greg was extremely helpful and was very quick to respond to all our inquiries. The location is perfect and we rarely used our vehicle and instead walked to town or hopped on our bike. The outdoor deck was relaxing and perfect for late afternoon reading and a glass of wine. Between the lovely condo, beautiful area, and excellent location, we had a perfect vacation. We will be back.

New to skiing!

This was an excellent property the photos are accurate. It was well maintained, very clean, spacious and comfortable. There was nothing missing; Greg the owner was helpful through the booking process answered all of my questions and very pleasant to work with. It was right at the bus stop so a car was optional. I would definately stay again and recommend this property.

Only downside it bring a small pocket light to obtain the hidden key can be difficult if you arrive/departing after dark -- but that is an easy fix!

Great Warm Springs Location

The location here is great as it is conveniently situated between the warm springs lifts and town. The bus stop heading into and out of warm springs is literally a 30 second walk out the front door. The condo is on the smaller side but very cozy and comfortable. You have to climb up a ladder to get to the second sleeping area, FYI, and if you're over six feet tall you'd be more comfortable in the upstairs bed. Overall a great experience with very nice and helpful owners who are prompt in setting up your booking.

Beautifully furnished condo from kitchen and laundry to bath and comfortable master bedroom, this spacious accommodation is enhanced by four porches with wooded views. What’s not to enjoy! Located a comfortable distance from downtown Ketchum, it provided us a quiet and peaceful retreat. We had never visited this corner of the USA before and found plenty of mountain hiking/biking trails for fall enjoyment as well as absolutely gorgeous scenery topped with beautiful weather. For walking variety, we also enjoyed well-maintained and well-marked circuits along golf courses and fantastic homes. Ketchum itself offers adequate groceries, pharmaceuticals and practicalities as well as enticing coffee houses and restaurants. Yes, we ventured into the coffee/pastry kingdom, but used the wonderful condo kitchen for the rest. We had purchased the bulk of our groceries in Salt Lake and Twin Falls on the drive in. Our thanks to the condo owner for all excellent surprises.
