This historic home on Fleet Street is located 1/2 block from the City Dock & Market House area, two blocks to the Academy and just steps to all Annapolis has to offer. Located on a quiet side street, this home gives you both privacy and convenience.

Inside, you will find a house with a very light, airy feel, and very spacious for a one bedroom home. Enter on the main floor to find the kitchen, dining room, living room and sunroom. Each room has historic touches that remind you that you are staying on one of the oldest streets in Annapolis. For example, the floor of the living room is brick from the original street that used to run behind the house! Yet the interior is bright and beautifully decorated, giving you comfort and convenience. From the sunroom, enter to a private fenced-in patio backyard. Enjoy your morning coffee or a light dinner in your very private outdoor space.

On the second floor you will find the master bedroom and full bath. The crisp white bath has a full shower, and just outside the bath is a full size stacked washer and dryer. Bedroom has a queen bed with woven headboard, dressers and closet. An open-step ladder leads to an unfurnished loft area above the bath that can be used as additional sleeping or storage, as needed.

This house is located 1/4 mile to the Visitors Entrance to the US Naval Academy, so it is a perfect alternative to hotel accommodations. Ideal for 2-4 people for Academy Events, Boat Shows, Alumni Reunions or Sailing Regattas.
