4500 sq. ft. Luxury villa located in beautiful Conchas Chinas section of Puerto Vallarta. Rental includes 2 main levels and a 3rd level with a separate guest room and in room bathroom. Main floor includes, full kitchen, dining room (seats 8-10) full bath with walk in shower, bar area, 90' terrazza with a beautiful heated swimming pool, built in gas barbecue, outdoor furniture for lounging and dining alfresco beside the pool, chaise lounges, etc.... 2nd. Floor consists of two master suites, each with private bathroom (1 with Jacuzzi and private office/ seating area. Every room in the casa has spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and the bay of Banderas, and sunsets that make key west look like it's just practicing! The 3rd floor has a king size bed and a private bath with huge walk in shower. Come and enjoy Puerto Vallarta my spectacular home. Anna, your maid, will also prepare breakfast or lunch if you desire.

There are also many activities such as water sports, boating, parasailing, deep-sea fishing and dinner cruises on the bay.

It also has its own private balcony overlooking the ocean. All in all this is a large, beautiful property and large enough for any vacation party. Our maid, Anna, is at your service 9 to 4 daily and 9 to 1 on Saturday. Her duties include cleaning, washing, ironing your clothes and preparing breakfast and lunch for you, if you so desire. Jorge is also employed there full-time as a maintenance man, and he will make sure your pool is kept sparkling clean and vacuumed and that your terrazza gardens and watered daily. Go ahead, pamper yourself you deserve it!
