2412 sq. feet condo, game room, multiple flat screen tv's, walking distant to down town, nice deck over looking down town, & great view of Ski Apache.

you can see for miles off the deck, also see Ski Apache. See horse racing about 4 months out of the year, track only 5 miles away. Six golf courses. Ruidoso is 7,000 feet above sea level. Weather great during the Summer months. Snow during the winter months.

There is also a horse racing track, and races for quarter horses and thoroughbreds.
