This beautifully renovated 1937 Mediterranean home possesses all of the old world grace that this period of Los Angeles architecture is famous for. This gated property provides perfect seclusion and privacy amidst a beautiful garden setting. Moments from all of the West Side's premier locations: Brentwood, Bel Air, Westwood, Santa Monica and Beverly Hills you will be perfectly situated to stage your adventures.

This 3 bedroom 3 bath home offers a large master suite with king sized bed, sitting area, hardwood floors peaked ceiling and a light and open atmosphere. It is paired with a very large bathroom complete with a jetted bath tub, separate over-sized shower, mosaic stone floors, double sinks and a large walk-in closet.

In addition there are two ample sized bedrooms complete with full bathrooms, queen sized beds with access to the back yard.

A large living room with high beamed ceiling and formal dining room are house highlights. A fully equipped kitchen complete with two stoves, microwave, dishwasher, sub-zero refrigerator and four gas burner stove top await your cooking prowess.

The lovely grounds to this gated home can be enjoyed on the large front patio which flows seamlessly from the living room. Spending much of a summer's night on the patio surrounded by the garden's jacaranda trees might just be one of the highlights of your stay.

Three car parking is provided and we have a nice home gym that is located in the garage.

My Husband and I were delighted with this home. It is spacious and open and clean. The house has a fantastic location for getting around Los Angeles. You can quickly access Santa Monica, Westwood, Bel Air and it's a short drive to Beverly Hills as well. We were visiting our daughter at UCLA so we were only 6 minutes to the campus. We couldn't have been happier and plan to return again next summer.
