Comfort and Convenience

I have nothing but good things to say about this rental house. Everything is well set up for your stay. For skiing, the closeness to various mountains, especially Attitash--a five-minute drive-- is terrific. The sofa on the front porch is ideal for putting on and removing ski boots, and the mudroom useful for storing gear. The house feels spacious, the sofas and beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms excellent. Despite being on a road right in the town of Bartlett, rather than in a secluded area, the place is quiet and makes for refreshing sleep. The kitchen has all you need, including a fine stove. We enjoyed the ping pong table and televisions. Also, the house was very clean. Highly recommended. Many thanks to the owner for sharing this house.

Amazing place to stay!

I would like to start off my saying that the place where you stay does not determine how good of a time you will have on your trip, the people you stay with are the ones who determine that. BUT if the the place where you stayed could determine that, then this will be the best trip of your life! 12 of us stayed at the barlett house and when we got there the place was a maculate! Super clean, organized, cozy, spacious, and beautiful! Enough towells, shampoo, body wash, linens, pots, pans, silverware, cups, mugs for everyone! The house was near every type of skii mountain you can imagine, All the fun you can have with just a few minutes drive. We could have not asked for a better place to stay this house is wonderful and so is its owner! Shes supper atencious will answer all the questions you may have, and will be extra, super polite! We will deffinetly be going back in the near future. So, long story short STAY HERE! You will not regret it!

Awesome Location with All the Comforts of Home!

We had a fabulous time and obviously made the right choice in choosing this location. So close to many wonderful ski resorts and downtown North Conway for some great shops and restaurants. Loved the set up of this house and the owners have thought of many comforts of home in providing for their guests. Large open layout, clean, and plenty of room for two families. Kids and adults definitely loved the ping pong and other activities in the game room. Kids loved having their own space and televisions in bedrooms. Great library of DVDs too! Beds were all really comfortable and living room and couch were cozy. A well stocked kitchen for all supplies, etc. Was impressed with the tile work and decor of the bathrooms and loved the water pressure in the showers....great after skiing all day! It snowed steadily all 4 days we visited, and the plow and shoveling caretakers were consistently there providing excellent service too.
Highly recommend this rental; and looking forward to visiting again very soon!!

White Christmas!

My family and I stayed at this property over Christmas week (2012) and we had an absolutely wonderful time. It snowed all day on Christmas day which made for a perfect holiday. The skiing was fantastic at Bretton Woods (15-20 min away) and Wildcat (20-30 min away). The house itself is very nice with comfy beds and lots of room. The game room is roomy and gave the kids things to do inside since the weather was quite wintery outside (we did play in the snow though)! The caretaker/homeowner set up a small Christmas tree for us which was nice and gave us a place to put our presents. I highly recommend this property and look forward to a future stay during the summer time!

Great house for a great Thanksgiving!

I thoroughly enjoyed my Thanksgiving experience this year renting this property.
Here are some of the many highlights!

- House is clean and large. Every room was very nicely furnished with TVs and many DVDs
- There were many amenities available such as many towels and extra bedding.
-Play: Foosball table, Wii, ping pong table and many board games which was a nice surprise.
- Large living area, great for large group of 10 like ours to watch tv, eat around the same table and move around the kitchen.
- It's a 20minute drive to Bretton Woods Ski Resort which was not a problem at all!
- Grill and firepit - even more fun!
- 10 minutes away from convenient store
- Owners very accommodating, nice and responsive. *Although there is a refund deadline, the Christina (the owner) offered to refund our money up to the day before our rental date if we decided not to go since we were not sure if the slopes were open so early! Which I thought was very kind of her.

I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay for skiing/snowboarding or for a group getaway! I've already recommended this property to friends and family!
