Beautiful Executive Villa with private pool & spa in gated community 'Highgate Park' within the 'Legacy Park' sub-division in Davenport, just 15 minutes to Disney!

Relax on your screened, partially covered pool deck or enjoy the sunny Florida weather with your private pool and spa, there is an outside shower for your convenience.

This open and spacious Villa features a living room with an open, fully equipped kitchen and dining area.

All on one level, this 4 bed room 3 bath room villa with private pool and spa is easily accessible and features:

* 1 Master King bed room with TV and a spacious Master bath with separate walk in shower and tub as well as double sinks.

* 1 Queen bed room with TV and adjacent bathroom.

* 2 Twin bed rooms with a shared en suite bath room.

Highgate Park also has a tennis court and children's playground.

Within 15 minutes drive there are 6 good Golf Courses Off US Highway 27, a five minute drive from SR 192 and I 4.

This beautiful and elegant home caters to the able and disabled, young and elderly. If you are disabled or elderly and need extra assistance call the office to ask for more information.

Highgate Park also ha a tennis court and children's playground.

Within 15 minutes drive there are 6 good Golf Courses Off US Highway 27, a five minute drive from SR 192 and I 4. Less than a mile away you are served by a Walmart Super Center, Publix Supermarket, Walgreens Pharmacy and other restaurants and shops.

Disney World Resort is only a 14 minute drive and Universal Studio 30 minutes.

Family Vacation

Michaela was a great host. As a family of 5 adults we enjoyed this house and the area very much. The house and bedrooms were spacious and the mattresses were excellent. We all enjoyed the pool area. I would definitely recommend everyone to stay here.
