Our beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bathroom vacation home, which consists of over 2,000 sq. feet of living space, is located on the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club only 10-15 minutes from Disney. The vacation home itself is located in a quiet residential area with the pool and spa area offering stunning views over the golf course without being overlooked. It is the most ideal place for a relaxing holiday while at the same time offering easy access to all of Florida’s many attractions as well as the superb championship golf course at Highlands Reserve. Local restaurants and shops are within easy distance.

The home has new carpet, furniture, fixtures, and televisions as of July, 2012. A summary of additional features include:

Master bedroom suite and huge king size bed

Two further double bedrooms as well as one twin room

Capacity to sleep a total of 8 adults and children plus 1 baby

Separate living/dining room

Privately screened pool and attached spa (jacuzzi style) getting plenty of sunshine (with optional winter heating)

Great holiday

Clean and spacious home very close to Disney, Universal and Orlando Airport. We had a great vacation and took advantage of the pool and spa, especially when returning from a hot day at Disney. The home is close to grocery store, liquor store, restaurants, gas station etc. We enjoyed having our meals outside next to the pool. All bedrooms have a tv which is greatly appreciated.

The rental property has all the amenities you would have in your own home which makes the holiday that much worry free. Being able to have a snack at 3:00 when you can't sleep is great ! Waking up and having your first coffee in your pyjamas is a luxury.

Eating what you really want for your meals without breaking the bank is wonderful also.

All in all a great stay at a wonderful home.

Awesome vacation rental

I've rented several houses before and this was definitely the best one. Very nice house with great decor, and everything you need to be comfortable. We had to call the management company once when we arrived because our lock box code to get the key didn't work, and because one of the shower faucets wasn't working. The management company was not the friendliest, but at least very easy to reach. The pool was great - we had it heated but I was worried it might still be too cold to swim with night temps in the 40s and day temps in the 60s, but the pool was very warm. I loved that we didn't have to do a laundry list of things when we left as has been the case in most house I've rented. The price was very reasonable for this house, and we liked the location too. Not too close to Disney, and not too far. My husband played golf in the complex and loved it. All in all, this house was amazing and we'll definitely be back.

Very comfortable; lovely decor

For our week of going to Spring Training baseball games we decided this year to find a central location near Orlando rather than staying in hotels. This house was perfect for us--less than 20 minutes from Disney, 30 minutes from Lakeland, and only a bit more than an hour from Tampa and beaches on the Atlantic. The neighborhood was very quiet and we enjoyed watching the golfers on the adjacent course. There were six of us in our group and we did not feel at all crowded. The Publix grocery store just up the street was very convenient. (Try the pizza place next door; really good). And down at the intersection of US-27 and I-4 there are dozens and dozens of restaurants and stores for anything you might not be able to find at Publix. The owner, Chad, was very responsive and helpful when we called before our trip to extend our reservation a couple days.

Nice home , much better value than a resort.

This was our second time that we have rented a pool home in Highlands Reserve and the first time at this home. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay at a nice home at a reasonable price. I couldnt keep my daughter out of the pool.The house and pool were very well maintained.
