HELPFUL ADVISE: There can be misleading property listing information offered by some renters or their management companies. For example, some of the units being offered at The Canyons are Timeshare units. Timeshare units are not assigned until check-in and are often the least desirable units. (I know someone who was supposed to get a Westgate 800' Villa, but wound up with a 300' Studio.) I think it's important to ask for the exact unit number of the property being considered, as well as the direct phone number to the property's front desk. This will enable you to confirm specific information through a third party about the unit, property and resort. It also helps to find out if you'd be dealing with onsite (24/7) management or if you'd be dealing with some third party management company at a remote office away from the resort. Our family of 4 stayed at the condo for 5 nights. Mitch is the best owner we have ever worked with. The location is excellent. There is ski and boot storage, a shuttle around the resort and an evening shuttle into Park City. It is an easy walk to the gondola and around the resort. The condo is also in a very quiet location. Our vacation was one of the best we have ever had.
4 of us stayed at the property for a week for the first time. It's nicely positioned next to the red pine gondola and a minute walk to the Orange bubble lift. The property is also close to the pool and hot tub and has views from the balcony of the pool and the mountain. Nice place to sit for a cold beer or a class of red after a day's hard work. We will be back!
Mitch and family comes through again. This is our 2nd use of this property. It would have been the third, but we came out last year last minute and it wasn't available. It has everything anyone might need to feel the comforts of home. Close to the gondola, and overlooks the heated pool and hot tub. Condo was neat and clean!!! We'll be back...
My wife & I met my parents here for a few nights at the end of June & were more than happy with everything. Mitch was very responsive, accommodating, and super helpful during the booking process. The unit is comfortable & has plenty of room for two couples to relax & unwind in. It's at the Canyons, which is one of the main ski areas around Park City. It's a short 5 minute drive into Park City itself.
I'd recommend this property to anyone looking for an affordable, nicely-appointed, and well-located place to stay during the summer. During the winter, it's about as central as you can get & would probably be an amazing place to stay!
I'll avoid the hyperbole. Its close to the ski lift accessing the mountain (50m). Bars and restaurants are even closer. Condo is clean, neat and very comfortable. You can read about the resort, all true. Enjoy!!
I had some friends visiting from Australia and with a newborn had no place for them to stay. I contacted Mitch and he provided this fantastic condo, great amenities and excellent service! The booking was easy and efficient, the unit clean and comfortable, and an unbeatable location! When my friends checked in everything was ready and as promised!
