SUNDANCER VILLA is a beautiful Caribbean style three bedroom vacation villa with pool and hot tub located in the Fish Bay community on St. John in the beautiful U.S. Virgin Islands. Affording breathtaking views of Fish Bay and the Caribbean Sea beyond, Sundancer Villa will provide the perfect backdrop for your memorable St. John vacation

Sundancer Villa features two private, individually controlled air-conditioned bedrooms with queen beds. The master bedroom features an en-suite bath with shower and the second bedroom has an adjacent full bath with shower. The third bedroom is located in a spacious loft overlooking the great room which is accessed by a graceful spiral staircase. This bedroom offers the choice between twin beds or a king size bed.

The great room and dining room are surrounded by spacious side decks and the large windows and sliding glass and screen doors afford dramatic views of the beautifully maintained gardens, tropical flowers and Fish Bay beyond.

The fully equipped and newly remodeled kitchen is adjacent to the dining area and offers all the amenities and features necessary to prepare a light snack or a full meal for dining at home. Ceiling fans throughout the villa provide a complement to the refreshing Tradewind breezes. The covered deck area directly off the inside dining area includes table and chairs and is ideal for alfresco dining or 'sundowner' cocktails in the late afternoon!

The expansive pool deck area features a gas BBQ and a delightful pool and hot tub with numerous lounge chairs for relaxing in sun drenched splendor. Enjoy total privacy from the road and neighbors while enjoying the completely unobstructed views of the Caribbean Sea! Sit in your hot tub and watch the sunset followed by the nightly parade of cruise ships departing St. Thomas and then - 'the moon and stars'!

Sundancer Villa is conveniently located and accessed by all paved roads with close proximity to the trail head to Reef Bay and Reef Bay Beaches. The town of Cruz Bay is a 10 to 15 minute drive where you will enjoy duty free shopping and a good selection of fine dining options. The world class beaches in the Virgin Islands National Park lining the North shore of St. John are only a 5 to 15 minute drive from Cruz Bay.
