Sea Grape is a two bedroom deluxe condominium unit located in the upscale Battery Hill Condominium complex. The condo is within easy walking distance to the beach at Frank Bay and the eclectic shopping and dining options in the town of Cruz Bay. Sea Grape's recently renovated kitchen and bath, finely decorated interior, and private balcony with outstanding views provides all that you are looking for in a tropical getaway.

The private entrance to Sea Grape is located on the second floor where panoramic views of Cruz Bay, its harbor and waterfront await you. Double doors lead from the great room to your own private, covered balcony for enjoying 'sundowner' cocktails while relaxing in the cooling trade-wind breezes while watching the boats moving in and out of the harbor.

The inviting great room is tastefully appointed with comfortable seating area and artwork with a tropical flair. Cable TV, DVD player, stereo system, WIFI internet, CD's, and books are available for your entertainment. Enjoy dining inside or dine alfresco on the covered balcony. Ceiling fans and screened windows keep the trade-winds flowing through the great room.

The two bedrooms offer a queen bed or two twin beds which share a full bath with tiled walk-in shower. Each bedroom is individually air conditioned. The sofa in the great room also converts to a queen bed. The layout is perfect for friends traveling together, two couples or a small family.

The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen is ideal for making snacks to take to the beach, blending up an island drink, or cooking a full meal at home. A gas BBQ grill is located on the lower common area deck adjacent to the exotic blue tiled pool.

The private pool and adjacent deck areas are located on the lower level of the complex and feature numerous lounge chairs available for sunbathing and several high top tables and chairs. Additional lounge chairs and seating are located in a covered and shaded veranda area by the pool and are ideal for reading or lounging. Beach chairs, cooler and beach towels are available to take along on your visits to our many world class beaches.

Battery Hill is a beautifully landscaped enclave located within the village of Cruz Bay with an ambiance well suited to those looking for luxurious amenities and convenience of location.

If reservation dates are less than 60 days from the date of booking, 100% of total reservation amount is due within 48 hours of requesting booking.
