This deluxe one bedroom condominium is located at Lavender Hill Suites which is located on the hillside overlooking the harbor at Cruz Bay. Also within walking distance are the beaches at Cruz Bay and Frank Bay.

The fully air conditioned great room features comfortable seating areas with Cable TV and DVD, dining area, and fully-equipped kitchen for dining at home or packing a lunch for the beach. Large sliding doors lead to a spacious balcony -- perfect for enjoying a cocktail while watching the sunset or dining alfresco.

Lavender Blue Seas is an independently owned one bedroom condo unit managed by Cimmaron Property Management, located within the Lavender Hills group of condos. It is a short walk to town, with a small hill to walk up that was never a problem for this 50-something couple. There are only four steps down from the parking lot to the unit, making this an excellent option (and there aren't many options!) for someone with mobility issues.
The entire unit is very clean and is decorated nicely with island art. The gorgeous view of Cruz Bay harbor kept us entertained day and night. It's like watching the spice cam, but from higher, so you can see the beautiful color changes in the water and you are able to look side to side. It's fun to watch Ziggy the pig trot down the hill each morning. Really.
The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was fully appointed - not fancy, but complete. Everything was clean and well maintained.
I never went in the pool, but did dip my foot in, and it was warm. Near the pool is a freshwater shower that I didn't use, and a laundry room (FREE! With detergent and fabric softener for FREE!) that we did use. The entire property is very safe and lovely, with beautiful landscaping.
Cimmaron Management was absolutely excellent to work with, in every way. We would absolutely stay at Lavender Blue Seas or any of the Lavender Hill condos again!
