Sunset Ridge Villa C is located in the deluxe St. John accommodation known as Sunset Ridge Villas. This two bedroom townhouse villa is located high on Bethany Hill overlooking the village of Cruz Bay with Pillsbury Sound, St. Thomas, and the magnificent Caribbean Sea beyond. Villa C features a street level secure entrance through lush tropical gardens opening to a private courtyard which is open to dramatic and panoramic ocean views. The courtyard has lounge chairs for private sunbathing, casual seating areas and a patio table with umbrella and chairs which are ideal for afternoon `sundowners` or alfresco dining.

Villa C features separate, secure entrances from the courtyard to the main house and Master Bedroom Suite. The main house features a newly remodeled and fully equipped kitchen which is perfect for preparing light snacks to full family meals. The dining area with seating for six is conveniently located adjacent to the living room which includes a comfortable rattan queen sleeper sofa and loveseat and flat screen TV with cable television and DVD Player. The recently remodeled powder room bath is located adjacent to the kitchen and includes stacked washer/dryer laundry facilities.

Upstairs is the loft style second bedroom sleeping area with two queen beds and en-suite bath with tiled walk-in shower. The Master Bedroom Suite features a comfortable queen bed and en-suite bath with tiled walk-in shower and features cable TV service with a DVD Player for your video viewing pleasure.

Sliding glass and screen doors open to small covered private patios from the main house and Master Bedroom Suite allowing the cooling trade wind breezes to circulate throughout the living spaces. There are ceiling fans throughout the villa and supplemental floor/table fans are provided in the great room and bedrooms to insure maximum air circulation for comfort and relaxation.

Beach chairs, coolers and beach towels are provided for trips to the world famous beaches of St. John, most of which are located within the boundaries of the Virgin Islands National Park. Villa C also has an assigned off street parking area adjacent to the front entry to the villa.

There is a conveniently located large stamped brick communal pool deck area complete with lounge chairs, tables and chairs for sunbathing or casual relaxation plus a nearly Olympic sized pool featuring a built-in fountain and kiddie pool all of which overlook the panoramic views to the south and west.

Sunset Ridge Villa C offers convenience and privacy with panoramic ocean views and the added benefit of being close to Cruz Bay with its varied options for fine dining, entertainment and eclectic duty free shopping venues.
