Opening the three sets of double doors around the perimeter of the villa will dramatically increase the living space and allow the fresh Caribbean breezes to provide natural cooling for the villa. The wrap around deck features several lounge chairs and casual seating areas for sunbathing, reading, star gazing or just sitting around in the late afternoon while enjoying 'sundowner cocktails' after a long day enjoying one of St. John's fabulous beaches. With the perimeter doors open you will also be able to completely enjoy the commanding views of Chocolate Hole and the Caribbean Sea from the inner comfort of the villa. The open beam ceilings with elegant ceiling fans throughout insure that the cooling tropical trade wind breezes are circulated throughout the villa.

The living room features a flat screen television with Cable TV and DVD Player and an audio sound system to provide casual entertainment in a relaxing environment. Comfortable furnishings decorated with a tropical motif include a couch which will convert to a queen sleeper sofa providing sleeping accommodations for 7-8 guests and two matching side chairs.

There are two air conditioned bedrooms with queen beds located on the main level. The beds are each cloaked with elegant mosquito netting and feature ceiling fans over the beds. Each bedroom has an adjacent half bath and share a large and impressive native stone shower with dual shower heads. The third bedroom is located in a large loft and features a queen size bed and a tastefully appointed casual seating area with TV and DVD Player.
